Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spetses

We stayed two days in the accommodation of Vangelis and Maria. It was like in the photos. It was like in the photos. We stayed in the house in front of the pond. It was beautiful. We were also lucky and although the pool was shared we enjoyed it most of the time as private. For Vangelis and Maria I have no words about how good hosts they were and how they responded to whatever we wanted!!!

Very well tidy and welcoming place, ideal for spending a few days in Idra. The host is very kind and loving. Isola is beautiful all to discover by boat on foot or by horse. thank you for welcoming you next time for sure!!

We, a family of 6 adults, one toddler and our family dog stayed at Selini over Easter. The house is better than you imagine from the photos. Plenty of space, pleasantly decorated, spotlessly clean and a very generous welcome pack and all basic supplies needed for both cooking and cleaning. The house is a short, flat walk from the centre of Nafplio which is, in itself a delightful town. There’s also a large children’s playground within 5 minute walk. Finally, I cannot praise the hosts Sotiris and Maria enough. Very pleasant and friendly, always responded to our queries within 30 minutes and went over and beyond in response to a request we made late Saturday evening when the majority of Greeks are at church for the main Easter service, passing by later to help us.

If you don't mind walking 1.1 km to the beginning of the old town (partly uphill) then this home is great. It is located in the Pronia area - which is completely different from the old town. Kind of like a city in the countryside. The accommodation itself sits picturesque at the end of an alley and opposite the cute church of Agios Panteon and the special mountain church is built into. It has Entrance from the alley and large terrace in the other direction that is partly surrounded and partly has nice views of the city and over the water and Bourtzi. (When we were there, that view was unfortunately obscured by a plastic that the neighbors seemed to have buckled up). A plus for sunbeds on the patio. Very clean, fresh and newly renovated apartment that is incredibly well equipped with, for example, sharp knives, proper toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts with lots of welcome gifts.

Kostas is very kind and communicative, willing to help us with anything we asked for. The house is very clean ,functional and the kids were excited about the spaces and the yard. Plus : private parking-as difficult to find in the village. Kostas, thank you so much for your hospitality. Hopefully we'll see you soon

We are in love with Idra, in large part thanks to Kalliopi’s warm hospitality and her welcoming home. Morning coffee and afternoon snacks on the patio looking up into the hills were blissful. The house is just a couple of minutes away from the harbor but far enough to be private and quiet. Kalliopi is a wonderful host. She made restaurant reservations for us in anticipation of the busy Easter weekend and made great suggestions about things to see and do. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely stay and could walk all around town from here. It was quiet, clean, serviceable - just what we wanted.

Highly recommended. The hostess is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The apartment is both practical and beautiful. We had a great time.

We had an amazing 4 week stay at Dimitris’s family loft apartment. Great location, easy walk to the old town, local bars and restaurants, the closest coffee bar less than 2 mins walk. Easy to park outside - we had a hire car and our camper with us. The description is accurate and the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The front terrace is a lovely place to end the day watching the sun drop and Palamidi castle illuminate in the evening sky. Dimitris is a great host, excellent communications and always available to reply to messages and questions. Highly recommend this place to enjoy beautiful Nafplio. Before we left, we booked to go back again in December…. can’t wait to get back.

This has to be the best private balcony you can book in Nafplio. This was why we booked and we were not disappointed. Beautiful views of the bay and Palamidi Fortress. 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the restaurants and main square. The apartment was clean and the communication was great.

Reta couldn't accommodate us but her mom came and greeted us with extreme kindness. The apartment is spacious and very nice, including its terrace, and Reta did not miss the small touches, which we loved, and gave us very nice local recommendations. Recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights and slept well. One can walk to downtown. Groceries in the neighbourhood. Enjoyed the terrace. Unfortunately, our daughter was sick and we were not able to carry out all the plans.

Very well located and well arranged apartment. Very clean. It is located close to shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and adorable.

Nathalie and Eric are very friendly, helpful, they gave us a lot of useful information about the area. The home was very clean and had all the required (even extra toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.). The house and surrounding area are very well cared for, tidy and with aesthetics. The breakfast was rich, with fresh homemade products (jams, fruits, crepes, etc.). The doggies were very quiet, cuddly, friendly and not at all intrusive. Thank you for your hospitality, and we'll visit you again at the first opportunity.

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

From the very first moment we felt at home, because of Natalie and Eric's kindness and cordiality. We were greeted, after our warm trip, with frozen handmade juices that we enjoyed in the pool overlooking nature. Similarly, the breakfast was amazing with delicious and fresh options, the place spotlessly clean and the location idyllic. Their hospitality was great and their interest in us was great! We had an unfortunate event as our car broke down halfway to the theater of Epidaurus and Eric immediately volunteered to take us out of stress and hassle. Their three dogs were the sweet note of our stay as they were very friendly and quiet! We had a great experience and stay, thank you so much! A bientôt!
