Vacation rentals with a balcony in Spain

Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood near lots of shops, restaurants and major tourist destinations. We really appreciated the breakfast that Maria left us. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time in Lali & Luis's apartment! The location was great and it was located in a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfy and the showers were great. Would definitely recommend!

Location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, attractions and beach. The property was spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was that we had to walk up the hill and stairs as the property was on top of hill. It is something to note if you are not so fit. Other than that, everything was great.

This place was amazing... a fantastic home for us for our short stay in Barcelona ..Phil & Fiona are very hospitable.. Very easy to communicate and clear check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for families with small kids as the provide a cot and a high chair as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

Wonderful top floor duplex apartment. This unit has lift, It’s very convenient for those who travel with elderly and large luggages. This apartment located in the heart of Madrid old town, It’s surrounded by several tourist attractions within walking distance. The unit has 2 double bedrooms, one located on the main deck, another on the upper deck with private bathroom and outdoor balcony. On main deck there are living - dining area with sofa bed and another bathroom. This unit could accommodate up to 6 persons. La latina Metro station located nearby only 5 minutes away on foot. There are several supermarkets eg. Carrefour, Dia and good restaurants and bars nearby. Although this place located in the heart of old town but It’s surprisingly quiet, we have no issue with any noise at night. All furniture & bedding are well maintained. We have a wonderful stay here.

Stayed here for a week! Toni the manager checked us in and was very amicable. The place was very clean and still had nice charm to it. Jordi frequently contacted us to make sure we had all we needed! The walls are a little thin (as are most apartment places) but it was no issue for us. The elevator was definitely nice to have after a long day out sight seeing. Thanks again to Jordi, Toni, and all!!

Great location, 5minute walk to the beach, the old town, and the lift to the castle. 10minute walk to the centre of the city. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery, butcher and fruit and veg shop beside the apartments. Very easy check in and check out process. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge and booking a taxi, it was much appreciated.

Alex’s was warm and cozy for our group’s weekend getaway! We loved the charm of the home and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Alex was also very kind and responsive to any questions during our stay. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and charming place to stay while being in Girona.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

Great and safe location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Alejandro was very responsive, and the video instructions for how to locate and access the rental were perfect. Rental was clean and matched the description and pictures. My family and I would definitely consider this location again.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Amazing location…walkable to everywhere and very quiet at night. The courtyards are incredibly charming. Silvia was a great host; very responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here with our one-year-old! The apartment was perfect for traveling with a little one — equipped with a crib, high chair, and even toddler cutlery. It was also great for parents, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the Sagrada Família, yet tucked away on a quiet-ish pedestrian street. Highly recommend for families!
