Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Asia

Auriga home has been one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. From food, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, ample beddings to bonfire, courteousness of Yash and Ankush, everything was perfect. Will surely visit this place again in coming months. This villa offers luxurious stay with beautiful paintings on wall and wood work.

Manav was very friendly, helped us personally with checkin and luggage in an ungodly hour. The place is cozy with a small heater, Manav helped procure fire wood for the same. zomato delivers to the place and had some recommendations from the host. Only issue night be that old manali roads are narrow and cabs might be sometimes hesistant to come there, especially when roads are covered with snow. Overall, a great value stay.

I have travelled a lot but have never connected with a stay this much. Exceptional place by Sumit. Everything’s perfect! Also, can’t get enough of Atul’s food. The guy’s got magic in his hand. Don’t think twice before booking it <3

Thank you, Heber, for your warm hospitality! Heber is kind, polite, and truly a gentleman. The home was clean, neat, and had a beautiful vintage charm—just like being in Ooty. We had an unfortunate incident where we lost our bag in an auto in Kannur and didn’t even have the vehicle number, only the driver’s name from a GPay transaction. Thanks to Heber’s local contacts and willingness to help, we were able to find the driver and recover our bag within 30 minutes. We’re truly grateful—thank you for going above and beyond! I had a fantastic stay at Pradeeps! He was extremely responsive, proactive, and always available to assist with any queries, making the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. All essential amenities were available, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, there were extra paid amenities offered at a minimal cost, which added to the convenience. This cottage was a fantastic find! It's clean, well-maintained, and nestled beautifully in the mountains, yet conveniently located near the main road. The host was incredibly proactive and always reachable. A special highlight was the delicious home-cooked food provided by the host's lovely family – such exceptional service! We had absolutely no issues during our stay and highly recommend this property.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed just a short walk/drive away. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dehradun.

Stunning apartment. Cleaning standard matches UK standards. We loved the place enough to recommend it to family who will be making trips in the next few months. It’s slap bang in the middle of the centre and lots of restaurants directly opposite the apartment. The decor and the cleanliness were 10/10. Literally not a bad word to say.l about this place. The pool table is a fantastic addition!!! The only thing I may add is - more than 2 bottles of water to be left for bigger groups upon arrival. Thank you so much for everything.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! Tika and family are generous and welcoming hosts who made me feel right at home. The space was perfect - cozy yet spacious, comfortable and clean, quiet and peaceful situated next to a hill and forest with a wonderful hiking path leading to beautiful views. It is also just 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. I had everything I needed the whole time and I slept like a baby. Excellent wifi and all kitchen amenities too. I will definitely be back! Stumbled upon Vasti on a spontaneous stop in Manali en route to Leh—and what a magical find! This little wonderland in the mountains stole my heart. Every window opens to breathtaking views, and every corner inside reflects love, warmth, and thoughtful detail. Zoey, the resident furball, greeted me with so much joy—she will melt your heart. The people here are the real stars: Shankar bhaiya’s soulful home-cooked meals, plated with care by superman Sachin (who’s truly a one-man army), and Vandana’s magic touch keeps the space sparkling. And Mayuri, the incredible host—thank you for saying yes on such short notice, and for all your kind energy and amazing recommendations. You’ve created a slice of heaven here. I left with a full heart and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and warmth—this is it. Come solo, or with family—it’s perfect either way.

Great place for a family stay. Master bedroom has a great view from the window. One bed was not comfortable to sleep, others were good. Good water filter system in the kitchen. The two host were great and helpful, although they didn't speak any English. They helped us with the cleaning, laundry, scooter renting, and ordering food and taxi. The host stayed in the little house next to pool, but they didn't disturb us. Location is pretty private and there is a great view from the balcony. 20 minutes drive by scooter to the beach. Little shops in 5 minutes walking distance. Overall good experience and we can recommend this apartment. Host was also very thoughtful and helpful.

We were a group of friends and family visited this place. The view of snowcapped mountains from this beautiful property blown us away. The place is also beautifully done. staring from the furniture, light shades, the books in the shelf all speaks the taste of the owner. lastly the stuffs headed by Mr Negi was extremely helpful. They cook great tasty food whatever you order. They also obliged us to lit the fireplace which is an unique experience to us. Except the entrance which is little stiff climb of 100 meters rest all are good to this place. I wish to come back again sometime later.

Such a beautiful place. Secluded and at the heart of the city at the same time. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, cozy fireplace in the living room and a scenic garden to have your morning coffee. We went as a group of 5, all of us totally enjoyed every moment of our time there. Caretaker Selvi made sure all our needs are met and cooked up a storm on both days based on our needs. Rekha coordinated with us every step of the way and was flexible with checkin and checkout timings. Lake was just a 5 minute drive from the place and we found the easy accessibility super convenient. Would definitely love to visit again :)

It was amazing staying at Nysa villa . It was peaceful Lovely stay at a very beautiful and well-equipped villa for a comfortable and loving trip. Super friendly and cooperative staff. Super happy with the experience! The staff was superbly attentive to all our needs and were extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was the absolute perfect getaway for my family! The host was so incredibly generous and always always responsive and helpful. The house and the surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful with an impeccable view of the mountains. The space has such charm and brought us so much joy! The caretakers of the property were also always willing to help us with anything necessary, and I’m so grateful to Vindiya to have had this chance to stay in her home!
