Vacation rentals in Šķaune parish

Even though it was a bit of a drive it was so worth it. What a beautiful property in a secluded area. The old mansion was nicely remodeled to accommodate guests who want to get away from the city. The natural surroundings are beautiful and tranquil. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a kitchen table to sit and eat or you can go outside under the portico and eat your meals. You will want to stop in Malta to get your groceries before going to the inn. There is also an historic mansion you can tour just a short walk from the inn. I have told all my Latvian friends about this wonderful Airbnb. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Fantastic location and absolutely lovely cabin that was incredibly cozy, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed. We loved it! Thankful to have a well stocked kitchen and especially the induction cooktop since it was a bit too cold and windy to enjoy grilling. Everything a family could need from cooking and grill items to outdoor play spaces and animals for the kids. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough, but next time we would absolutely take the canoe out on the water. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and gracious set up the fireplace for us to enjoy too. Highly recommend! Such a beautiful and peaceful location too.

It's a great place with very friendly and helpful hostesses. The place is a little out of way and without car might need a little time to find and get to it but overall what they provide (nice surrounding close to Rāznas ezers, friendly staff, very warm room, very good common kitchen and dinner room, etc.) is perfect value for the price they ask.

This is a really peaceful place where you can relax and be far away of any problem. Never stayed at such place before. The house are directly next to the wonderful lake. Simple but with all comfort and equipment you need in this place. Renting the SUP I'd a good idea to explore the lake. Ed is a very friendly and helpful host. We will keep this place in best memories.

Perfect place worth the price with excellent ambience

Our stay in Svilpaunieki was absolute bliss. Everything, starting from convenient check in, all the possible amenities, common kitchen with everything you might need to fix up dinner or breakfast the next morning, spotless room to beautiful surroundings. Short walking distance from Svilpaunieki is the stunning Luznava manor and park. Exploring the surroundings of the manor was a real treat after check out the next morning. Went to get groceries for breakfast to a small local store in Luznava that has everything you might need and fixed up a breakfast table outside in the wooden gazebo in the front yard. There’s a parking up front, another family had parked their RV there, so plenty of space for that. Highly recommend staying in Svilpaunieki when visiting Latgale, it’s a perfect guest house with separate entries to suits from outside so you will certainly have your privacy.
