Beachfront studio apartment

This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

Family run one bedroom apartment located in Dubrovnik suburbs Srebreno & Mlini only 100m from the sandy beach, less then 20 minutes from Dubrovnik and the airport. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything for a relaxing beach or exploring holiday. The views from the terrace are fantastic (our guests say). The location close to shops, public transport, shopping mall, restaurants and bars is the main advantage. Parking space is offered free of charge in front of our stone house.

The apartment is an 16th century old house which has been completely newly renovated, at luxury level. The house is lying on the most heritage place, the oldest part of the historic town and has survived the strong earthquake in 1667. It is only few steps away from the Assumption Cathedral that was built in the 12th century in the Romanesque style.
