Monthly Rentals in Simms Settlement

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

Lan y Mor is a truly one-of-a-kind and unique place. The ambience, peace, and proximity to the water all came together to make this an amazing getaway. Melissa and Jeff were absolutely amazing hosts! They were super attentive, considerate, and thoughtful during our entire month-long stay. It’s clear that Melissa really put a lot of effort into this home. Her attention to detail made the place feel like a cozy little hideaway. If you’re looking for a rustic, cozy, and peaceful getaway, and this place is available, I highly recommend you take it before it’s gone!

It's a nice little house, well maintained and even though just off the main road, felt very private (it's raised above the main road). Very easy to find. At least the time of year I was there, the road wasn't busy, and the road noise was minimal; I couldn't hear it at all from the bedrooms. The rooms were well accommodated, and everything worked properly. For me, I was looking for a quiet place to rest as I explored the region. This house fit perfectly. For a family of about four, there are two kid's beds and a larger bed in the main bedroom. In the front of the house, you have two lounging areas, both with a TV. So, you can be together or break out into smaller groups. Overall, a nice place, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, wish we had more time to explore the area.
