Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Sicily

The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

A short distance from the beach in the heart of a residential area, this apartment offers exceptional comfort. On site, a young woman welcomed us warmly and showed the highest availability. Also, we highly recommend this place to stay for several days!

Vincenzo’s place was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our 3 day visit to Palermo. The Air B and B is above many restaurants and at night the street does become very lively with loud music. Vincenzo does supply ear plugs which were helpful. It didn’t stop us from sleeping well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Unique/ artsy apartment.

Our stay at La Casa di Magiù was perfect. This apartment is located in a smaller beach town with a lot of amenities for tourists. We had an amazing welcome from Aurora, Sergio and their son. They took time to show us how everything worked. They had a fully stocked kitchen with some traditional Sicilian treats included. The apartment is very clean and has a lot of cute touches. We loved the view from the front and back balconies which included a lovely view of the mountains over the quiet back garden. This is the perfect stay for a couple or a larger group/family of 6 to 7. There is free street parking steps away from the apartment and some good grocery stores within walking distance and a larger Conad a few minutes drive away. Palermo airport is a 10 minute drive away. The location is perfectly located a 5 to 10 minute walk from 2 beautiful beaches and a couple of minutes from the main piazza with a huge selection of restaurants. Segesta, Palermo, Erice and Trapani are all within driving distance and there were many more things to see like Capo Lo Vito, Mondello Beach and Monreale. In fact too many sites within driving distance that we didn’t have time to do it all. We highly recommend this place. It really was like a home away from home and we hope to return again soon.

Tina and Luigi personally welcomed us and made sure to have everything we needed in the house to not have to worry during the stay. Breakfast food and fresh eggs included! The view of mount Etna is amazing from the house… we really enjoyed our stay!

Umberto is an excellent host. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us lots of recommendations, all of which we found excellent and reliable. Location is very good, close to the sea and the train station makes journeys to Palermo and Cefalu very easy. The pool is excellent for kids. Apartment is clean and good condition. Happy to recommend

The house is in the centre of Noto, such a beautiful place, it was lovely to have the space which is well described on the listings page, sofa bed worked well and having two bathrooms appreciated as well as a terrace. Its in a great position to walk into town when ever and felt safe too. I would return to Noto and def recommend Salvo's apartment, he and his wife were most helpful when we made contact.

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay, in particular we enjoyed the view of the bay of Lipari with Vulcano in the background, breakfasts on the terrace and rest in the hammock. The location is great for visiting the island, by car it is very convenient. We'll be back with pleasure.

The owners of this charming North-facing little flat overlooking the sea are doing everything they can to make it pleasant and comfy. It's tastefully decorated and roomy. We appreciated that Giacinto put on the heating before our arrival in the first week of March to take off the chill. It must be very pleasant in the heat of summer. The heating/air conditioning unit worked very well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Note that it is 25 minute walk away from Cefalu center. The plus side is that it's very peaceful. We enjoyed hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The apartment is accessible by car through a narrow, hard to negotiate access lane (choose sub compact rentals). Allow also for very steep stairs up and down which you will carry suitcases and supplies. We appreciated that we were given several bottles of water because the tap water is brackish. You must observe septic tank “etiquette” (dispose of soiled toilet paper in a bin) and there is a bidet for those who prefer.

I spent a month at Giuseppe's place in Palermo, and it was a great place to work from, explore the city, and have quick access to all the bars and restaurants in Kalsa. Great location in a quiet street that was super restful and comfortable. Giuseppe also went above and beyond to help in any way he could to make my stay more comfortable. Great host.

Great stay, you feel right at home and it has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The host is super nice and friendly, and gave us great recommendations and helped us throughout. Loved the little details added around the house that made it a truly special stay ❤️

Donatella has been a great host, available, and proactive. We chose it for the location, because close to family which we were visiting, but is a good place to visit the city too. Only buckshot, it’s almost impossible to find a parking space for the car, but there is a private parking garage right in front of the building, and btw Donatella can’t do anything about that 🤷‍♂️

Very nice house at a very beautiful location, very friendly hosts

The location is excellent quite walkable to nearest favorite caffe and food and fruit shops. The apt has a terrace to a garden, it’s quiet in the evenings. The apartment has all the amenities and all of it is quite spacious including the bathroom Has a laundry area as well. Host was very accommodating. I had great wifi for working which was important to me.

I found everything here exactly as described. And nice surprise: the hubbub of party people outside is very attenuated once the windows are closed. The view is very beautiful and the perfect location. So everything contributed to the happiness of the wonderful week I spent here. I thank Giulia for all her clear and accurate useful information as well as for her responsiveness to the few questions I asked her.

It was a pleasure staying in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and even has things for breakfast in the mornings. It is very convenient that each room has its own bathroom. I would definitely choose them again

We had a great time. The accommodation is as described, great location in Catania, close to all amenities and sights! The garage is a real advantage and allows you to leave the rental car in a safe place. Giovanni is a very responsive host, self check-in and check-out is very pleasant!
