Monthly Rentals in Schönbrunn, Hietzing

We very much enjoyed our stay at Guy’s. It is well organized, comfortable and very well located for public transportation. It is quiet and the shower is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Very nice place.

It was my second stay in this amazing, cosy apparent that made my stay in Vienna wonderful & to come back home to the apartment was always a big pleasure!!! My biggest gratitude to Hannes for all details in the flat, all needed facilities, for a clean atmosphere, for so many dishes inside that make the stay always super comfortable & cosy!!! The location of the apparent is so nice to go both to the city centre & the train station!!! I enjoyed it so much !!! :)

We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment. Perfectly decorated. Everything you need. Great area, easily accessible by public transport. Great tips for things to do. Barbara is very friendly and responsive. Everything well explained. Check-in was straightforward. Checkout was also straightforward. Everything worked out great.

We loved staying at Florian’s place. The instructions were clear, the place clean and tidy, and the host super responsive and welcoming (as well as the neighbours). The surrounding fit perfectly to our needs - it is not in Vienna downtown, but you can get there easily as Meidling station is a great hub for busses, trams, trains and the subway. If you arrive via night train, you are extra lucky as it stops at Meidling station as well :) On top, you can explore the beautiful Schönbrunn palace nearby, which is just the perfect place for some morning jogs (and hill workouts). There are many nice restaurants (also one super yummy, vegan Asian restaurant) nearby, as well as supermarkets and drug stores. Thanks Florian for hosting us ! :)
