The apartment was well cleaned and tidy. It is roomy, with a great view onto the Pirin mountains and overall exactly as described. Margarita is a great host. She was friendly and always available. The apartment has two bedrooms, and a large kitchen and dining area, the furniture is complete (several armchairs, chairs, and a couch) and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard utensils and beyond plus an oven. The location is good, next to a really superb (!) bakery, only a few minutes from several supermarkets, and not far from the ski zone. Spring and autumn are perhaps the best seasons for this apartment as the temperature can get quite high in the summer, due to the south-east exposure under the roof. Both, the location and the neighbours are quiet, and you can have a great, relaxed stay here!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was fantastic—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The little thoughtful touches made all the difference. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

Nikolay was a great host. Met me outside the building and showed my around the apartment. Lovely place, peaceful, warm and everything I needed for my weekend. He even brought and extra heater when there was a government emergency and gas went off. Not that the flat needed it, it was still warm. There is a big supermarket nearby and even a Lidl around the corner, which was good for getting food supplies. Nikolay was really responsive and hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic host and accommodation. Easy walk to the main ski lift and a great place for groups/families.

The house was great and very clean. It has a spacious yard where your pets and kids can play freely. The rooms become very warm, though the corridors and staircase may feel cold because they are not heated. Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
