The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

We were greeted by Karen with extreme kindness and we feel very comfortable! The hostess left her personal contact and immediately responded to the questions that had arisen. The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

We spent amazing days at Helo's house! In addition to the house being very pleasant, everything is thought out in the smallest details for our comfort. Luana's advisory makes everything even more special for her kindness, readiness and excellent delicacies.

At first we received entertainment tips in the city, were flexible with chek-in and chek-out, left even an afternoon coffee prepared for us, extremely careful! It has a beach near the house, but it is a fishing beach, so we chose to go in others nearby (about 20 minutes drive away). About the house, everything was very clean and organized, Mara gave us instructions on how we should handle each item. The house has two bedrooms and both have air conditioning, fan and bathroom, the second bedroom has 4 bunk beds and does not have much space to put bags, but about the size we expected, in the photo of to get a sense. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, which is great for those who go in group. The garage coube 3 cars, but 2 were small, there was no room left for passage because there are some plants that get in the way. Overall, there are many leisure options! All quiet, it was very nice our stay. Attentive and concerned hosts about the well-being of the home.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. Laerte's house is a great time. Well equipped, well located and very organized. It is in a wonderful condominium, surrounded by other very beautiful houses. The neighbors are very restrained and quiet. The biggest positives of the house are: proximity to the beach, beach chairs and parasol with a hand cart to take to the beach, dishwasher in the kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and flexible check-out. What we miss most: potable water filter, a dumpster closer to the house to deposit the accumulated garbage and air-conditioning in the living room. The verdict: this is an excellent accommodation, which for a very attractive value has met all our expectations. I recommend to the entire community the stay at Laerte's place.
