Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

everything perfect, fit all refurbished, bed and comfortable pillows, had filtered water. I only went to sleep, nor did I shower, but the shower looked good. 02 large rooms with a ceiling fan and well aired, quiet fan, side view of the sea, very close to the beach, excellent location. I brought linen and towel. It was also easy to get in and out of the garage. Very secure building.

Clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful view and close to the beach to go on foot, with the advantage of having beach service available. The building has an excellent play area for both adults and children. Friendly, polite and responsive host, and give clear instructions in advance. We want to return!

Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Flávia, it was a privilege to have stayed in your beautiful apartment, we will be back for sure. Besides, the condominium's employees are extremely kind, polite and proactive. PERFECT!!

Marina and Luiz are super attentive, they respond quickly. An unforeseen event happened in relation to my family, and they were understanding, everything worked out. My family and I love the house, the house is identical to the photos, close to the beach, quiet condominium. We will certainly come back more often.

My family and I loved the stay, we will definitely be back more often. Charline was super attentive, helpful and Andreia also welcomed us kindly and pointed us to the nearest shops. As for the house, it is perfect, spacious, with all the kitchen utensils (it was not necessary to bring anything), impeccable barbecue area, internet working. Shops and the beach are exactly two blocks away. The only observation is regarding cars that, depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but you can leave the other on the street in front of the garage, no problem (do not leave on the sidewalk, subject to a fine). We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.
