Monthly Rentals in Sant Joan Despí

I had a great stay at Mary’s place! Her dog, Nico, is absolutely adorable. Mary is friendly, kind and communicates well. The apartment is cozy and located on a peaceful street, a perfect environment for studying or relaxing after a busy day. It’s a little further from the city center, but connected by public transport, so getting around was fine. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily stay here again!

The apartment is spacious, well-lit, has two rooms with external window and an interior room. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has two full bathrooms and a large laundry room. Most impressive is the main room, which connects to a large balcony. It's a place that feels safe and close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The train (renfe) and tram are very close to the place. The kitchen is very complete. We were staying 4 people very comfortable. We all agree that it is a great place to host for a stay of 40 days like ours. We will request it again if we require it. Sergio, the main host, always responded quickly to our inquiries and María Elisa and Ignacio (her parents) were very attentive and pleasant people. Ignacio took the right time to show us the whole place and show us all the things the accommodation has to offer. For us it was an excellent experience.

Big and beautiful house, perfect if you come to Barcelona with your family. The downstairs space is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very spacious with necessities. We felt right at home and communication with Mari went smoothly and she was very friendly. Certainly subject to repetition.
