Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sant Joan d'Alacant

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Alicante! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing, but still just a short 15-minute drive to the city centre. The views from the property were also lovely—definitely a nice bonus. I’d happily stay here again!

And really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We felt at home and will be happy to come back. An absolute recommendation for this apartment!

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Alicante! The apartment is very neat and equipped with every comfort. The beach and the main street full of nice bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great. I will definitely be back here!

The apartment was literally perfect. It was worth every cent! The apartment was really comfortable. It had the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. The beach is really close. The host was really friendly and helped us a lot. I am very satisfied

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

I was more than pleased with our stay. Both Daniel and Carla were available at all times and responded within a few minutes. Both are very relaxed and cool. They even put a bottle of wine on the table for us as a welcome gift. I'm super grateful to them because we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later. Something like this is absolutely not a matter of course. The apartment is just beautiful and a dream. Super light-flooded and you can see the sea directly from the window. Absolute recommendation. We were DEFINITELY not there for the last time - if we are allowed to come back ;) !

Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

This was a fantastic location and the apartment was remodeled and very well appointed. It has an exceptional view of the castle and within walking distance of the water. The apartment was open and spacious which worked great for a large group. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

Manuel is a very friendly and helpful Host. He welcomed us personally to greet us and give us all the info about the house, about the area. His advice on the city and places to eat typical and not very touristy things was valuable and honest. Alicante is a great town that should be discovered, especially in the narrow streets of the old town and its fantastic promenade. Excellent stop for those of us who cross the province and the Costa Dorada by car through Spain. We are satisfied. Thanks Manuel!⭐

We spent a few very fun days in the apartment of Alexandru everything correct the apartment clean , alado a supermarket The pools very nice in general everything was correct ✔️ 👌 thanks

Great location and pool

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

This beautiful apartment is in a great location; walking distance to the beach and surrounding bars and supermarkets. Very responsive and communicative host who was happy to be flexible around our check-in requirements due to our flight arriving in late. The apartment itself is extremely clean, modern and spacious and we would happily stay again next time we visit La Cala.

Carmelo's apartment is perfect. The tram is a 5 min walk. The beach is 300m. The sea view and the brightness is sublime. small local supermarket and restaurants nearby. free car parking on the street supermarket 5 min drive. the decoration is nice the recommendations of Carmelo excellent. the bottle of water and the coffee pods on arrival are a real plus. i recommend and will come back if the opportunity arises.
