Great place to chill and unwind for the weekend. Felt really cozy and the ambience and the view was really beautiful. Prathamesh and his team were really welcoming and communicative. Would love to visit again specially during monsoon.

Had a wonderful and cozy stay at V’s property. The view from the window is amazing - direct view of baner hill. The host is super friendly and helpful with any potential need that one may have. Had a hassle free experience with everything. Would absolutely recommend staying with V to anyone.

Abhijay is a large airy and bright bungalow with a great view. It feels like how a home should with personal details and some rough edges. There’s plenty of room for a large group and it is a fairly comfortable space. The terraces and rock garden are standouts. The garden is landscaped with a lot of attention to detail and you can comfortably spend a couple of hours discovering its treasures. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, crockery, and tableware. The only issue you might have (as a large group) is the number of washrooms. There are only two, but you know that going in. Overall, we had a great time. Vaijayanti is a warm and communicative host. Highly recommend!

We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our stay at Sam's Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to everything in Pune. Stayed with my girlfriend here on 19th and 20th of April. THIS ISNT A PAID REVIEW AT ALL. I am very happy that I chose this place as our stay in Pune. First of all, host Mr. Ashutosh is very professional, responsive and helpful. He was ready to assist us even at morning 5:30 if any issue persisted. The place is exactly as described in the about page. Private, isolated and clean. All the amaneties from a simple toaster to microvave; gayer, washing machine, ac were working properly. Location is well connected. It is a big complex. All quick delivery services like Zomato, blinkit work properly here. Concluding: We are coming again and again here onwards. The place and the host both are just exactly what one needs. Thank you Ashutosh for making our stay in Pune memorable. Grateful.

Beautiful Location, Tastefully done Bungalow, Well planned Garden. Bathroom cleanliness Should be better. Cleanliness and Maintenance of the garden can improve. Unsightly items in Bungalow and Property can be hidden away.

Wonderful weekend getaway. It's my second visit here, this time with a larger family group. The villa is private and beautiful, interiors are so well done, with just the right amenities and requirements. The surroundings are quiet, green and peaceful. The hosts - Rasika and Rakesh - are extremely warm and helpful, and go the extra mile in ensuring you have a lovely stay! Will visit again! Highly recommend!
