Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

Lorena’s rental was completely amazing! The pictures do not do justice compared to how the place looked and felt in real time. She had a fully stocked home, extremely clean. Always responsive & accommodated me beyond my expectations. Brought a playpen to her home to help me out with my 9 month old baby. I will recommend this home 100 times over and I would love nothing more than to return and stay at this property. 100/10!!!! THANK YOU LORENA

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

This place eas incredibly beautiful just like the pictures and communication was always great, would definitely book again sometime, great place for a little couples getaway!

I liked it, close to a lot of food spots and Walgreens is a 5 minute walk! The only issue I had was it took a while to get hot water while showering and I would just take cold showers (I recommend letting it run for 10 minutes). And I also didn’t know it was a cleaning fee until after I read the receipt 😭. They want the place exactly how you left it, which is not problem but why charge a cleaning fee if Im doing extra cleaning. However, I’m still giving a 5 ⭐️, they have everything you need there! Loved the nice home and the balcony view. Would definitely stay again.

Eileen’s was the perfect place for my sister, mom and me. We got to relax on the patio with morning coffee, were ~5 min walk to the beach, and had access to many restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the local recommendations and responsiveness. The style of the Airbnb made it extra inviting and relaxing. All of the little details made it feel like home away from home. Would highly recommend!

What can me and family say. Eddie and his wife were amazing I love the communication with them. Place was perfect for what me and family needed for. I will recommend this place to my people I’m from NY so I know a lot of people. I just want to say from me and family thank Eddie and your wife. I love how you guys have the store downstairs for your guest to have easy access to quick breakfast and small things. I be back soon I will keep your place in mind. In August or December thanks!!!!

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Your attention to detail is impeccable, and as a air b n b owner myself, I got a lot of ideas from my properties from you! You made our stay exceptional! Very communicative and responsive. Everything we needed for the beach or pool was available. The grill was great! Kitchen fully stocked. These guys didn't miss anything at all. and folks, During our 11 day stay, Puerto Rico lost power for 3 days straight! the whole island, and we didn't even realize it! The generator and water supply back up, was a blessing to have and kicked on immediately. Air conditioners in everything room with nice cold air blowing. You guy's literally thought of everything! The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

For my families first experience to Puerto Rico I would have to say that Angels home made our trip feel comfortable and family friendly! It was an amazing location and we had an amazing time!

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. The location is very safe. The pool area is beautiful and the beach as well. Rosemara was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being part of a memorable vacation.

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

We (parents, wife, son and I) had a great time at Harold’s place. We purchased some breakfast food and snacks at Puebla grocery store near by, are at don faustos, meson sandwiches, and okeah, which all had vegetarian options. We spent a day exploring beaches, another day at El Yunque and a third day snorkeling, all within 30 min drive. The whole island lost power, but the elevators kept working and the emergency lights in the building provided enough light to see. The apt is high enough that the breezes blew gently thru the night so not having ac wasn’t a problem. Also the balcony has solar lights which provided needed illumination in the evening when the power was out. The only issue to arise was that our whole family was stuck in the elevator for an hour when the electricity returned and we were unfortunately at the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite this, Harold helped us quickly resolve this, too. We know you’ll enjoy this place as much as we did!
