Both the house and Gerd's hospitality were excellent. Highly recommended. The house was spectacular and we felt right at home. Beautiful setting and beautiful views. The perfect combination of tranquility and forest, a few blocks from downtown and with many services a few blocks away.

The house is spectacular, the photos don't reflect what it really is. We felt right at home, it's very comfortable and complete. Katze's company makes the stay even more special The views are unique whether at dawn, during the day, at night, in the rain or when it's cloudy. Communication was prompt and clear at all times, from inquiries about the house to recommendations. It was well worth choosing this apartment. PS: I had rented this apartment, but a problem arose a week before check-in and they ended up giving us the one above, which is practically the same, which speaks very highly of Ara and her willingness to solve the problem.

We stopped by this house in Andres and Nieves 2 times. I love it! As in a luxo hotel. Always clean and ideal. Comfortable to live, to cook and to to to rest. Very easy to communicate, check in and check out. My recommendation! Thank you Andres and Nieves!

The house is a dream. With direct access to Lake Gutiérrez, the view is beautiful. Complete, comfortable rooms and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. A quiet environment that allows you to enjoy the surroundings and the private beach. I highly recommend it for families.

The cabin is spacious and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Connie is an excellent host, always attentive and willing to help. They responded very quickly to all our queries, which made our experience even better. The house is a dream. We all (5 people) felt incredibly comfortable and above all enjoyed the view of the view and into the countryside from the terrace and from every window. Martin and his wife were super likeable and warm hosts who provided us with lots of tips for the area. Since the distances in this area are very extensive, we recommend either renting a car or taking an Uber. We actually went everywhere with Uber, as it is cheaper than renting a car. There is a supermarket, which is also a 15-minute walk. The house is equipped with everything you need, has ample space for 5 people and the area around the house is very quiet and green. We would definitely come back.

This house is amazingly located, with a garden running down to the lake with kayaks available for use. We spent so much time exploring the interconnected lakes, with Mountain View’s in the background. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking the traditional English Xmas meal a breeze! It was clean and comfortable, with an outside barbecue which was well used during the week. Good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and lots to do within a 20 minute drive, whether mountain walks or bike rides. Would highly recommend.

Sonia is an excellent host, she was always attentive from before arriving. The house has the best view of the lake, it is very comfortable and cozy, with impeccable cleanliness. In addition, the location is perfect, super central and everything in the center is walking. I definitely recommend it, because I exceed my expectations.

A beautiful apartment, with well-established rooms, two bathrooms… one general and the other en suite. The kitchen is very nice, and the dining room has a beautiful view. The grill is a 10-point and the availability to eat outside, too. The truth is, we were very satisfied. It's for a family or friends to relax and be calm. I would definitely come back

What a great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay - beautiful view and great place to unwind outside Bariloche. We had a car to get to nearby restaurants, the grocery store and to take in the sites. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at Walter's house. Everything was very clean, the kitchen left us full of useful things to cook and the space is very nice. Please note that there are several stairs (down) to enter the depto, but for us that was not an issue. Thank you for everything, we will come back soon!

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, it has all the kitchen utensils. It was clean and tidy, it felt like staying in a 5-star hotel but more cozy because it had that homey touch. The view from the balcony and the room is spectacular. The complex is safe, there is also an indoor restaurant, the place has a heated pool. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Bariloche. Monica's service is a 10. She sends you the instructions and the access to the place in advance.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ashley's condo. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular, and at the same time it is walkable to the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is well equipped and the furniture is good quality, and Ashley was helpful, friendly, and accommodating

Flor is not only a great host but has a very pleasant and friendly attitude. We've known the area quite well over the years and many of the accommodations around, and this is one of the favorites. Comfortable, spacious, clean. It has good style and you won't have any problems moving around and feeling free: the place is big. In short, comfort, excellent location a few meters from Av Bustillo with access to everything, without being in the mess of downtown. Flor, you're a genius!
