Monthly Rentals in San Andrés Semetabaj

10/5 stars. One of my favorite Airbnbs ever. Comfy private space that's a walk or a tuktuk ride from downtown. Francesca was a wonderful and friendly host who helped us with everything we needed. Hot shower, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and cute outdoor seating area. What more could you ask for?

Richard was an excellent host! As I was planning my trip to Panajachel, Richard stayed in communication with me and answered all of my many questions. The apartment was sunny and comfortable, and the courtyard gardens were especially inviting. I loved that coffee was ready in the Big House every morning, and I had fun practicing Spanish with the friendly staff. Everything was close by, and It was easy to get around town by foot or by Tuc Tuc!

We stayed in La Casa Terracota for an overnight before we headed to Guatemala City for our flight home. I booked it as our place to relax after a long trip. The home is exactly as described. The only con is the amount of stairs you have to climb to get in and out of the home. Keep that in mind when packing. But the home was exactly what we needed. We used the hot tub and didn’t move from there for hours. The surroundings are so peaceful. The view from the main bedroom is stunning and the bed is comfy. Such a great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay! Very good service from Fabiola, very friendly and communicative, the place is quiet and close to the downtown area, less than 10 minutes by transport. The room is very comfortable and clean, it exceeded expectations 🙌🏻
