This chef table experience will allow you to taste, feel and learn about Dominican gastronomy. Prepare to be taken on a culinary journey! When you arrive at our home, you will enjoy a welcome cocktail created with fresh local ingredients, while learning about cacao and its process from seed to cocao bar, in its traditional way. After the product presentation, we will prepare a 7 course tasting menu for you which you will enjoy on the terrace of our Atilier. Chef Luis creates each dish around the Dominican culture. Each ingredient is fresh and straight from our local sources or prepared in house as part of our artesenal ingredient production giving this meal a healthy and homemade farm to table feel. Please Note: Drinks are NOT included. ONLY 1 welcome cocktail included in the price. This is a TASTING MENU, which means it is served as small portions to taste and explore different creations. It is NOT a la carte, so we cannot make changes to the menu. Unless for reasons of allergies or intolerances. Just an FYI: We are a VERY pet friendly property. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. Please let us know if you are not pet friendly and we are happy to put our furbabies away for the night.

El día empieza a las 9:00 cuando nos encontraremos al muelle de Samaná y nos subiremos al catamarán. Aquí podrán disfrutar de un cómodo y divertido viaje en catamaran con refrigerio NO alcoolico incluido (agua, coca cola y sprite) acompañados de nuestro staff que habla varios idiomas. Después de 45 minutos de navegación llegaremos al Parque Nacional Los Haitises, donde visitaremos sus místicas cuevas tainas donde todavía se pueden encontrar pintogramas antiguos. En Los Haitises se pueden observar tres diferentes tipos de manglares (blanco, negro y rojo). Después de la visita a una pequeña playa, empezaremos el recorrido hacia el Cayo Levantado pasando por la Isla de Las Aves, donde podrán observar diferentes tipos de aves. Después de 45 minutos de navegación en catamaran llegaremos al maravilloso Cayo Levantado. Aquí disfrutaremos de un rico almuerzo con pescado, pollo, ensalada, pasta, arroz, tostones, fruta y bebidas. Y después de almuerzo? Un buen baño o una rica siesta en la paradisíaca playa del Cayo Levantado. Alrededor de la 16 de la tarde volveremos al muelle de Samaná para desembarcar de nuestro catamarán después de un día lleno de aventuras y recuerdos maravillosos. El catamarán tiene asientos para grupo de 35-60. La bebida del almuerzo es una bebida no alcoolica ( agua o coca cola). El catamarán que usamos tiene espacio para un grupo de 35-60 personas.

This is a social project with the NGO Projects for Children. El Salto del Limon is a waterfall in the middle of a valley in the province of Samaná (Dominican Republic). The Walk lasts around 2h (1h one way + 30min return + 30min relax). you will walk along a hike beginner level path, explaining the local tree species (pineapple, coconut, cocoa, almonds) and seeing and tasting its fruits. You can swim in the two waterfalls and take pictures. On the way back, you will be able to eat typical food (rice with chicken, beans and salad) with a family from the community and learn how these powerful women live from their natural environment. Join me to visit one of the most iconic popular neighborhoods of Santo Domingo where you will create memories that you will never forget. It is an immersion in the town, where we will walk through the bustling streets of a part of Gualey, a typical community on the banks of the Ozama River full of vibrant life. Together with our community guide, get to know the interesting history of the founding of the neighborhood, daily life, how they work (markets, small shops, fish projects), how they develop in the social aspect and how they have fun (Including some beautiful cenotes with spring waters). Taste some of the city's most iconic popular foods prepared by local experts. It is also an opportunity to know the reality of the marginalized neighborhoods of the Dominican Republic listening and seeing some of their social problems and how the community is empowering itself to solve them in a creative, joyful and collaborative way. You will see all this, and we will only walk about three and a half kilometers. It is an easy route, although on a few occasions it can be demanding just up a steep hill that we will do slowly and learning from the place. When we return, we will say goodbye with an ice cold beer listening to merengue, bachata and dembow with the locals.

If you are tired of doing excursions where you see and live the same as all tourists, you have to live this experience. You can visit the Cascada del Limón with a local guide, with more than 8 years of experience doing this route. We will leave from the coffee area, we choose this route because the views are more spectacular and the waterfall can be seen from the mountain in front, leaving a super beautiful panoramic view. On the way, different fruits will be tasted, depending on the time of year, such as coconut water, pineapple, cocoa. And different plants will smell, such as orange leaf, timacle, oregano etc. A unique experience, not only to see the Limón Waterfall, but also to know the fruits, plants, vegetation and birds of the area. Comfortable and sporty shoes are recommended, you will cross rivers and areas with mud The excursion includes Dominican Creole food and a drink to choose between water, juice or soft drink, which will be made at the end of the excursion in one of the restaurants in the area with a natural pool to crown the day, or before leaving if the excursion it was done in the afternoon. The route has a low-medium difficulty and the excursion lasts approximately 2:30 hours with 30 minutes to rest.

Coffee Route Excursion in Four Wheel (ATV). This is a tour loaded with Adventure and fun, as we will cross rivers and mountains on roads where we will only see beautiful nature. In this experience we will show a great variety of fruit plantations such as orange, pineapple, avocado, coffee, cocoa, coconut etc. On the same journey, we will arrive at a little ranch where we will begin to prepare to leave for the wonderful EL LIMON WATERFALL on horseback where we can enjoy a bath of up to an hour. Returned from LA CASACA EL LIMON, clients will be able to taste a delicious typical Dominican lunch. After lunch, the second part of the tour continues to be more of an adventure crossing rivers to reach the paradisiacal Morón beach where you can enjoy a bath in the warm waters. Once the swim in Morón beach is finished, then we go to the starting point to finish the tour.

Explore Las Terrenas hills and their surroundings by running. We have plenty of beautiful nature in close proximity to the center of Las Terrenas, but as a tourist it is not always easy to find the way. Leave the noisy city center for a while and see the true beauty of this tourist destination, we will run by one of the most beautiful beaches of Samaná, Playa Coson, famous for having the "blue flag" qualification, we will run sometimes by dirt roads and alternate with asphalt stretches, we will run through the sand to the end of Coson beach and we will go up a flight of stairs until we reach the point with the best view, there we will marvel and you will be able to take a beautiful postcard. Then we will explore the mountains a little further up and down through the Caribbean vegetation. We will go down to the starting point crossing a river arriving by the beach. It´s a simple and little technical route, especially made to enjoy a short training of 6-12 km, where you run at your own pace, speed is not important. We will stop when you need it to drink or refresh ourselves. Other things to note: - We will have the pace run you want, - It could be rainy, sunny and with a lot of humidity. - We recommend wearing trail shoes. - We will provide water, isotonic, sunscreen - While a hydration pack or Camelbak makes things more efficient, a standard water bottle will work

One of the most amazing places in our Santo Domingo city is the 3 eyes Caves National Park. Discover with me the nature of the beautiful micro rainforest, the history of the aboriginal people that once used the caves, take a ride in the man pulled raft to discover the hidden 4th lake. Watch the sunrise or sunset in El Limon Waterfall and feel the soul of old Tainos. We'll walk 1.5-mile(2,5 km) among palm trees crossing a small river. We will stop at the top of the mountain to enjoy el Limon Waterfall getting to know the rural Dominican culture, enjoying the different sounds of the waterfall and drinking a delicious organic coffee in front of a bonfire. Sunrise Hike (6:30am) Your guide will be Cesar. You will walk early in the morning before the sunrise with the sounds of the wild nature and we will arrive to have breakfast Sunset Hike (4:30pm) You will walk in the evening before the sunset and have dinner with the family of Cesar If you come on full moon, the experience will be EVEN MORE AMAZING!
