Monthly Rentals in Saint Pauls

Check-in was smooth, and Delon was there right on time as promised. The place is small but cozy, and overall, I have no complaints about the stay itself. Unfortunately, there was a small storm on the island during my visit, which caused the water and electricity to go out. While this was completely out of Delon’s control, he was very helpful and brought water to assist during the situation, which I appreciated! Thank you Delon for your hospitality.

I enjoyed my stay at Tranquility. It’s very quiet and peaceful on the street. There’s a good enough parking. Laundry on site was very helpful. It’s not on a steep hill which was great. The house was very clean and had everything I needed to work remotely and explore the island

If we could give Kenron 6 stars for being such a great host we would! He was such a pleasure to communicate with, was patient with any questions we had and his space is absolutely beautiful, with THE MOST comfortable bed. (This was truly a problem because some days we didn't want to leave it lol) Everything from booking to check out was very easy and it added to our wonderful experience in Grenada. He was kind enough to assist us with renting a vehicle as well. Kenron, from both of us, thanks so much!

This place is in an excellent location - near the beach, close to several restaurants and Spiceland Mall - with all modern amenities. Julia is an excellent host. She is very accommodating and friendly.
