Monthly Rentals in Saint Augustine

My stay at Apt 304, Emerald Plaza was wonderful! The apt was as clean and neat as in the photos, and with a fully-equipped kitchen, I could not ask for more! It was ideally located for my purpose, which was to attend church over the Easter Triduum! Would recommend this place for anyone wanting the comforts of home, while away from home!

The Oasis is a beautiful spacious condo. I felt right at home. Sherry responded to my questions quickly. I really appreciated the quality air conditioning as it is hot in Trinidad. Having a washer and dryer on the premises was super convenient Being close to the airport was nice. I look forward to my next stay at the Oasis. Thanks Stefon and Sherry

It is a small but stylish one bedroom flat perched at the back of a doctor’s office, who just happens to be Jean-Paul’s mum. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The location is central in St Augustine, so UWI and Starbucks are just a short walk away and there is a good Chinese-run general store/supermarket about 200 metres away. The kitchen is small but well-designed to fit an oven, fridge, microwave oven and blender and a good array of crockery and cutlery. There is a nice section to eat as well as a comfy sofa from which to watch the TV. It was a comfortable home from home. Will definitely try and stay again when I’m in Trinidad.

The studio apartments are cute, well-furnished for the size and well-thoughr out. Each unit has its own washer, which is amazing. The address is clearly marked on the building, unlike most places in Trinidad. Staff were responsive to anything I brought up, and patient with me.
