Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saigon River

Travelled for work an this place was suitable for 5 people to stay. Rooms were very adequate, beds were king size beds and super comfortable.

Huyen's place is located at a new township, so it is very quiet. No problems for us as we had transport in and out. The place was very nice! newly renovated and very clean. There's a swimming pool at the clubhouse too. However, the room with 2 single beds only had blinds (no blackout curtain) and the place lights up around 530am when we were there. Other rooms had blackout curtains which was great!

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

We had such a lovely stay at Sophea‘s! We stayed here for the second time and would definitely come again. The pool and living room are amazing. Communication was very friendly and Check in super easy!

Conveniently located, lots of restaurants around.

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

Highly recommend for your Phnom Penh vacation or work trip. Host very responsible and helpful. Privacy, security and very clean in the neighborhood especially plenty of big trees in the area make your stay even comfortable. Pool and playground are the best places for my daughter. Internet speed no worry it’s work very well (both WiFi and Smart) for my whole 5 weeks of staying. Everything you need it appear right in to its place like your house. Only one thing I’m concern is ant, please make it go away.

She's the best host ever and what a wonderful apartment

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

Good stay, the mattress is a little hard, it's missing a bedside lamp for the night but good overall

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

Good location, tidy apartment, and quick response from the host.

A great apartment hosted by Tuan and his team. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was unfortunate that the beach was still under construction when we were there but the building and location was fantastic. Amenities for kids and adults (pools, playground, indoor playroom). It is easy to call taxis and Grab. And the best thing is that Tuan was very responsive throughout our stay and helped with every question I had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good place

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!
