An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful stay! We stayed from April 11 to 14 and were delighted with everything. The place is beautiful, quiet and perfect for rest. The cleanliness, comfort and every detail well taken care of made us feel at home. Host was very kind and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we gladly recommend and hope to return to. We had a fantastic stay at Tomas' place during Holy Week! The location is simply perfect—everything is within walking distance, and you don’t need a car. If you do need transportation, there are “TukTuks” right outside the residence. The beautiful processions pass right by the house, making it even more special. The home itself is stunning and very well-maintained. Tomas was a great host, greeting us upon arrival and giving us a personal tour of his space. He’s thought of every little detail, so there’s no need to bring anything. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and if there’s ever a low signal in your room, you can easily connect to other networks within his complex. If you’re looking for an affordable, central place to stay in Antigua, this is it. Thank you, Tomas—we’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to not be in the main tourist area of Antigua, but be within a 10-15 minute walk of pretty much everything. The space is well constructed and well maintained. The amenities are thoughtful. No complaints.

The place looks just like the pictures. It's a small unit but very comfortable. There are some check-in time restrictions because someone is responsible for handling the keys. However, Maria was understanding about my situation, as traffic made it impossible for me to arrive at the time she requested. The location is perfect—it's not far from downtown and just a few minutes away from a shopping center.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

Very nice apartment and garden. Amazing roof terrace overlooking all three volcanoes. Coffee maker and kettle on site, but unfortunately no cups. When we asked Maria about it, cups were brought to us immediately. Really very thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect! It's about one block away from the famous Arch of Antigua, and 2 blocks from Central Park. the beds were very comfortable, shower poured abundantly! I don't recall seeing a fan, and we are used to sleeping with fans so we were worried about that but we opened the door off the back balcony and that cooled down the place. I would stay again!

I had a lovely stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly, the apartment was spacious and the courtyard was stunning. Very responsive to messages and held my luggage a few hours before my shuttle out of town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This Airbnb was really great. We felt luxurious staying here. It was an easy checkin for a late night, they provided a secure code and the building and surrounding areas were very safe. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi which had food service as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Guatemala City. Easy to get to if you have a stop over and need to get to and from the airport quickly.

Excellent place, very large, nice rooms, the entire apartment is very clean and nice, the location is ideal since it gets off in the elevator and the shopping center is located so it is accessible to go shopping or for food, I highly recommend it and the host is the best I have found in the app.
