A beautiful place in a perfect location. The view was spectacular. The place was clean and tidy. Both the wife and daughter felt safe and secure and loved the location. There are so many great that restaurants and activities literally within walking distance. a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in or around Salalah.

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Salalah, Oman. The property was spotless and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ilyas’ place! The home was exactly as described — super clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just few mins walking distance to the beach. And the beach was incredibly beautiful. Ilyas was super responsive; constantly checking on us if everything was smooth. The check-in process and instructions were smooth. We truly felt at home during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah.

The location is secure and peaceful since it’s on the Rotana resort’s compound. I do recommend renting a car for your stay as it may be hard to gain access to e-taxi services and the nearby restaurants may be on the pricier side - however, food/grocery delivery services are still available and quite affordable. The Rotana Beach is a 8-10 minute walk away and provides a nice place to watch the sunset or just relax. The home itself was fantastic, well decorated, generally clean, and could comfortably accommodate my party of 3 people. Check-in was seamless and Matteo was ever ready with recommendations and advice. Thank you for the great base during our Salalah trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Matteo again :) !

We stayed at villa 5, and we've had an amazing time. The villa is very big, and right in front of the ocean. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. There is a very nice cafe right by the house and a good selection of restaurants around. The check-in was very smooth and Suzanne is so kind and helpful, she made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Its a fantastic place to relax with good ambience ,kids had a good time.their is no hotels around the property .clean and tidy place.

The location is fantastic—close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it a breeze to cook meals, and the pool was a great place to relax (in the evening no sun on the backyard which is amazing in such a hot weather). The host was truly wonderful—responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We had such a fantastic time that we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Nice place for a family, each bedroom has a bathroom so no waiting time at all. Owner is very kind and was flexible with check in and checkout timings. Located in salalah city, so equal distance to east and west tourist spots.

A well-maintained lawn features vibrant green grass, with garden beds bordered by flowering plants. The serene view of the lagoon is visible in the background, along with modern buildings on the opposite shore. Soft shadows are cast by the surrounding structures.
