Very nice, cozy and quiet, everything is very organized and very clean, there are businesses nearby, very good view and good location. Highly recommended😄

The place is incredible, with a nice and spacious forest at the entrance to the complex, the view of the apartment is spectacular. You don't have to cross any streets to get to it, just down some steep stairs that serve to get some exercise. The sea is literally under the apartment. I recommend Claudia's apartment.

Beautiful apartment for up to 4 people. Very spacious, organized, with everything a tourist needs. The building has amenities available to all guests, such as a swimming pool, gym, game room, and green spaces. One step away from the beach and the mall. There's no need to move the car. The area is safe, and very quiet at night, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. An excellent choice for those looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in Chile's most important stores. Fernanda, the host, is always attentive to any questions, responding very quickly via email.

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable depto. I had a theft problem from my wallet and I had to go and report to the IDP so when I asked them to withdraw a while after the scheduled check-out, they allowed me to stay a few more hours until I returned from the procedure. Really very kind and helpful.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

An exquisite place facing the beach and with great restaurants around. We loved the house, especially the paintings and decoration. We went with our 1.6-year-old kids and everything was perfect.

We are happy to have stayed in Sara's cabin, it has everything you need, it has very nice view and is very well located, Sara was very flexible with check-out, that is too good! We will definitely be back

All unbeatable. The house is a 100. I went with my family (we are 8) and we were comfortable. Super equipped, steps to the beach and with markets nearby. A beautiful view. Super friendly and attentive hosts.. Super grateful for a lovely vacation. We'll be back

Excellent cabin with unrivaled views. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for family vacations. You have to climb a lot of stairs and the terrace is high, so be careful if they go with children. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Very well located cabin, with a very nice view of the sea. Everything was very comfortable and the facilities were good. The kitchen is excellent, very well-equipped. Totally recommended.

Daniela’s place what exactly what we had hoped it would be. Slept 7 comfortably, comfy beds and baths, beautiful functional kitchen, amazing terrace with BBQ and wonderful views. Daniela was always very kind and helpful. We will definitely go back!! Thank you very much Daniela!!

The apartment is beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. We loved the view and the spacious kitchen. The only bad thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a garage, but Carla and Francisca were super nice and got us a paid garage.

A wonderful view, the bed was very comfortable with thermopanel windows that insulated from the cold, perfect for this time of year

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!
