Queenstown vacation rentals

We only had a couple of nights at Sarah’s place and we wished it was more. The space is a dream, well appointed, amazing views, close to some restaurants but very private. It quite literally looks over the Onsen pools, so you can stare at the amazing view from every window and deck. A dream!

The house is very attractive and easy walking distance from the waterfront and shopping. The downside is that it is on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise, but it was made worse by a road closure so that may not be everyone's experience. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. her area recommendations were thorough and we used a few of them while we were here.

A wonderful stay within walking distance to town. Despite being on a road, we were not bothered by any noise.

Very nice lake view and rooms. Spacious for family of 7 people and relax for the whole day. Decoration & furniture are a bit old but it wont affect much on the leisure of stay. Reaction to request is fast on replacement of the toaster and fan.

The views are incredible and the listing photos really don't do them justice. They were stunning! The house was very clean, and featured a nice modern interior. A great space for a family, with plenty of space, useful amenities and ample parking. It's a wonderful location for access to Queenstowns centre, with the action only a few minutes drive away. We'll definitely be back!

Great house with great view and ammenities, kitchen well equipped. only 30min walk from town, however up a very steep hill, not something you can ride a bike up.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean and spacious with amazing views of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were clean and modern with heated floors. The teens/young adults loved the games room and spending time out on the deck. We would highly recommend this property.

The house was comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, spacious, and sparkling clean, it made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! The location is wonderfully peaceful, nestled so close to the Remarkables mountain range. We enjoyed the incredible mountain views every day, rain or shine. Although it was only early April, we were lucky enough to see snow-capped peaks for several days during our stay. The view was breathtaking—almost surreal—with the mountains so close, it felt like we could reach out and touch them! We also highly recommend the 30-minute scenic drive up to the Remarkables Ski Area. It’s a great base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of town. Our 11-year-old son loved the two fantastic playgrounds nearby, and there’s a beautiful walking/cycling trail too—perfect for the whole family. Cannot say enough good things about Roslyn and her apartment! Location and view are unbeatable. The price is well worth it. Roslyn was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. This rental is at the very top of our list for a return trip to Queenstown!

It is located in a quiet residential area, allowing for a peaceful stay. It was also close to the town, about a 10-minute walk. The room and the futon were clean, and I will stay here again when I come back. Thank you.
