The space is in an exclusive sector of Cap Cana, the apartment is comfortable and simple for what we needed, it has a beautiful pool, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, my only complaint is the furniture that is somewhat old, I would change it and change the sofa bed that looks old. The service with Jesus was very good, I would recommend it 100% Thank you.

The overall experience was great during our 3 nights at the Villa. We had 12 guys for a bachelor party weekend and enjoyed every bit of it. Rosa was amazing and the security guards were very dedicated to his work. The villa was huge and fit everyone well. Chef food was delicious as well!! The only two issues was I thought there was 12 beds but they only had 6 beds. The beds thankfully was big so it didn’t cause much of an issue. Then the surrounding roads of the Airbnb is under construction so just be aware if driving. But nothing took away from an overall great experience. 10/10 and 100% recommend for large group stays

This place was exactly what the pictures were. What stands out the most is the location of the villa. Right in the heart of downtown Punta Cana, you can walk to places to eat and explore. It’s a very safe area also. The villa is located within a private ground with security guards at the entrance and inside aswell making it feel very safe. Yesenia was also very responsive to your every need and would usually respond within minutes. Small detail and bonus: included complimentary water and beer aswell. 10/10

To start, I want to say that it is pet friendly; that was my main reason for choosing the place without considering other details. But upon arrival, I realized it was a really nice place. One felt as if it were their home. The instructions were very clear, with a sign containing all the details one might need there, such as restaurants, activities, etc. Everything was perfect for me.

Exactly how it appears in the picture, place is Clean and people are nice with us. Just get ready to burn some calories with the stairs. Phil is a super host, always responsive via text or phone. The villa is situated in a gate development with 24hr security. The villa has an electronic key pad entry system (key less entry). The villa is beautifully furnished with designer furniture. It has 3 bedrooms each having en-suite bathrooms with showers, 60inch smart T.V and locks on all doors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dinning area, kitchen, toilet and washing machine in cupboard. All areas have air conditioning. All windows are double glazed with outside mesh to stop bugs entering when open. The garden has seating that is shaded from the sun and a hot tube (not heated, but perfectly fine when in). The villa is 5mins - 20mins to all the hot spots you need to go to, which was great.

A clean, spacious pathway is lined with neatly arranged buildings featuring blue accents. Lush greenery and flowering plants are visible on either side, enhancing the surroundings. A red vehicle is parked along the road, contributing to the calm, orderly environment of the area.

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

Awesome place, perfect for what we needed. Close to village, marina, airport. AC was always pumping cold and when we did lose hot water, Francisco was on it right away and it was fixed. Awesome place and host!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Kath and Arlene were very responsive and made check-in super easy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the area was quiet and safe, with lots of great spots nearby. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
