After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. We offer you a tour of the 5 Terre with the fascinating view of the countries from the sea and we can arrive with the boat right near the "Protected Marine Reserve" of the National Park. We will leave from the small port of Manarola and I will make you take some spectacular photos of the village that can only be made from the boat and from some points that I know and that allow you a particular recovery. We will then go to Riomaggiore where you can see the characteristic small port and the beautiful colored houses and then we will go to Corniglia which is the only one in the 5 Terre that is not near the sea but above the hill. After we will arrive to Vernazza, where you can admire the church located directly on the beach and then we cruise to Monterosso where you will see the beautiful beaches. During the navigation we will also go to some small sea caves, known only by old fishermen, where we can arrive only with boats like mine. If we are lucky we could see the dolphins or look for the nests of the seagulls scattered on the cliff overlooking the sea On sunny days you could even take a trip with the sunset that makes the villages even more fascinating. We will be in a typical Cinque Terre winery, furnished with stone and wood, a dip in 19th-century Vernazza! After preparing pesto, we will taste 3 wines from Cinque Terre and 3 Ligurian oils and eat our sauce with the typical focaccia!

Welcome to our experience! Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Come to visit my family vineyard and taste our wine! We will take a short trek of about half an hour to reach the Eroico Vineyard, one of the most beautiful in the Cinque Terre. Much of the route is uphill, but during the walk we will stop in different spot to relax, enjoy the view and discover the history of Vernazza and the Cinque Terre. Once in the vineyard, we will taste three different glasses of Eroico wine, produced by my dad and me. Moreover, you will be able to taste local snack, prepered by my mom. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. We'll walk through Levanto's historical alleys and pretty squares, visiting the ancient channel harbour of the Republic of Genoa, the Medieval Loggia, the St. Andrew typical church, discovering the village's stunning history and lots of local traditions and curiosities. To fully enjoy the local atmosphere, we'll finish our walking tour with a wine tasting in the vineyard, tasting typical yummy products and discovering an organic and sustainable way of cultivating.

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience).
