If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

"A Hidden Gem with Spacious Comfort!" Our first impression of this place was a tiny, beautiful house surrounded by stunning scenery. However, once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it actually is. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. A special thanks to Suvarna for suggesting some beautiful locations to visit—Suvarnakada, in particular, was the most breathtaking place we've ever seen. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Magesh, the caretaker, who did an excellent job in keeping the place clean and ensuring our comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again!

"Wonderful Stay at Swami Bungalow" Our family of 7 recently enjoyed a 3-day stay at Swami Bungalow in Kokan, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were captivated by the stunning coastal beauty, exploring Kunkeshwar Beach, Devgad Beach, and Gazbadevi Mandir and Beach. A highlight was our visit to Pokharbav Ganpati, nestled peacefully by the riverside. The hospitality at Swami Bungalow was exceptional. Host Santosh was incredibly helpful, kind, and generous throughout our stay. Caretaker Keshav and the talented cook, Madhu, ensured our every need was met. Madhu, in particular, prepared delicious authentic Kokani dishes that delighted our palates. We highly recommend Swami Bungalow to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kokan. This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

Rajwardhan's farm is a huge property, and ideal for those who are seeking serenity. He along with his staff are super hospitable and make sure your are having a good time. Its a thoughtfully planned and managed place, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful villa and landscaping, yummy food and excellent service. Waking up to Chirping of birds, spotting peacocks, strolling around the farm, and the River around the farm are some of the super awesome experiences. For agro enthusiast they have many varieties of crops and also a hydrophonics section. There is no/ limited mobile network coverage there...a boon in disguise.
