Vacation rentals with a patio in Positano Spiaggia

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

The apartment was fantastic and better than we had expected. Very relaxing and comfortable. Supermarket across the road. Five mins from the beach and town. Very well stocked and easy place to stay. Recommended

Anna has been an amazing host! Super pending, friendly, kind and responding quickly, he helped us with every question we had and gave us recommendations!! Everything super clear :) The apartment area is ideal to know Naples, you can walk to all the points of interest. Comfortable apartment! We were also able to park the car super close by. We recommend Anna's place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was everything we needed, clean, and simple. The location was a little outside the centre, but we loved the cozy neighborhood and it was easy to take the buss and metro:)

Luigi and Elena were so proactive in checking with us to make sure everything was going alright. We were a little apprehensive about the location because of some previous guest’s remarks, but my daughter and I had no issues with the location going around Naples from the apartment and we were there for 4 nights.

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for 10 days and it was lovely. Plenty of dining space, both inside and outside. Mosquito nets on all the doors and windows allowed us to leave them open all day. The location was perfect - located near shops, restaurants, the port and grocery stores. Check in/check out was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. The second bedroom has two small single beds so I would say that they are best suited for children.

Alberico and Arianna were wonderful hosts!! The place was in the perfect spot in Positano. They were great at communicating, made check in easy, and sent lots of recommendations of good restaurants. The place was absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus!! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!!

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Imara and her dad are great hosts. The house is spacious and worth the walk up to the house. Especially the terrace is amazing Imara is very responsive and made us feel at home with all her local tips

Had a great stay here. Amazing views, easy access to town (although requires some fitness to go up stairs like much of Positano), easy check in, and sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook meals at home is you’re looking to avoid expensive restaurants.

The location allows you to have a breathtaking view, very nice apartment, you feel at home. The terrace is unparalleled, despite it being December/January being there is a positive touch for the soul. You can walk to town in a few minutes (you have more than one route to choose from) without having the nightmare of parking. Or you can take a walk along the road and enjoy the scenery at any time. I highly recommend this location. Only limit: words are not enough to compliment Mena, an exceptional host.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples thanks to this beautiful apartment and its impeccable host. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The location is ideal for visiting the city, but what makes it really special is the unique atmosphere you can experience in the beating heart of Naples. Special thanks go to the host, who was very kind, always available and attentive to every need. He welcomed us warmly and also provided us with great tips on where to go and where to eat. It is clear that he puts passion and care into what he does, and this really makes a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Naples in an authentic setting

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

We really felt at home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he advised us on the best way to reach the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to make it sound like an included service but he picked us up at the station and accompanied us on the day of departure). He provided us with directions to nearby amenities and restaurants. Always ready to respond to each request. The best Airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizio’s apartment. A highlight was when he greeted us and carried both of our 20kg bags up the stairs at the same time. He gave great local recommendations. The apartment was spacious, looked like the photos, and clean. Beds were comfy. Great to have outdoor area via balcony. Very central. Would love to stay again!
