Beachfront vacation rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

We are very happy with our stay. Beautiful view and quiet. We have benefited well. We would highly recommend it. Our big regret was that we couldn't enjoy the pool because it wasn't heated.

We were in Mallorca for hiking in the first week of March. We felt very comfortable. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. Yadir is super friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the roof terrace with the great barbecue and beautiful views. Since we were completely self-catering, a fully equipped kitchen was important to us. There was really everything you need! Salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and many spices are already available. My tip: If you come in the low season, I recommend bringing slippers. The tiled floor is quite cold. We will be happy to come back!Thanks for the wonderful time

Recommended! Very well equipped apartment, perfect with children with direct beach access, beautiful view. The apartment is very clean. Joana is very attentive and adapts to our check-in and check-out times. Sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. for your information, electricity is to be paid at the end of the stay.

My husband, our son and I stayed 4 nights in this wonderful apartment!Bel advised and helped us fantastically in advance and later we had to do with the landlady Xisca - she was also extremely friendly, reliable and simply great!Our flight was a little late, from Palma airport to the apartment it takes about 1 hour...for Xisca that was no problem!We exchanged cell phone numbers in advance and communicated via WhatsApp. She waited for us in the apartment, put a delicious cake, water and wine in the kitchen, explained the most important things to us and gave us the keys. You can't do it any better!The apartment is a dream!Really just like the pictures!The pool was still a bit cool, but when the sun came out, it was possible to splash around. Everything was super clean, parking is available right outside the door on the street. The expressway is a little noisy, but with earplugs it's no problem!The roof terrace is a dream!Recommended, drive there! ,o)

Very nice apartment, quality bedding, very large terrace with incredible view and quality furniture! We contacted Jose's wife who was very proactive and gave us a lot of recommendations for our stay! We went there in early April so still off-season, the neighborhood was quiet and we had a pleasant stay!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

There were four of us in the apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. The amenities were as described, everything was available and in good condition. Paula was always available and provided us with advice and assistance. The location is great for exploring the surroundings. We had a rental car and it was a perfect base for us. Beach and also restaurants within easy walking distance, even with toddler. The street in front of the house is not heavily trafficked and does not disturb at all! We will be happy to come back!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had a great week, great restaurants close by and a great base to explore the local area! House felt like a home from home! Thanks for having us!

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We stayed with our family on vacation in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before, we stayed at an all-inclusive hotel for a few days, so it was way too noisy and hectic for us. This place was our rescue, finally peace and a view like in a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, that worked well. We all enjoyed it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

The apartment was in a wonderful location with a knockout view and had all the amenities we needed. Maria was helpful and communicative, and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. If you're looking for a place to stay in Port De Pollenca this would be ideal.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

A modern home with fantastic views, private beach access and private garage. The balcony and the roof terrace are super nice. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, even for children. Communication with Pilar was smooth and reliable. We recommend the place without restrictions. Thank you for a great holiday!
