Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Port Alberni

Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

Our stay at Anna's was wonderful. We were a group of 4 ladies and we stayed for 4 nights. We were all impressed by how cozy, well stocked and clean the place was. The place was spotless, shower is awesome, beds are comfortable (twin bed mattresses are suitable for kids, not adults), coffee is provided. We walked to the beach everyday and the street was quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and Anna was wonderful. Photos in the ad represent the home well. Great stay and we would stay again. We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

Joshua’s home is like a sanctuary. I loved the deck and balcony where I could relax and take it all in. His home is spotless and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom had lots of towels and supplies. We spent time on the sectional with fire on chatting and relaxing. The hot tub was amazing. I look forward to going back again.

All the amenities of home ,great set up for a family anice short walk to beach and having a pool and golf on site was a plus ! Great location for hikes and shopping Barbeque was an asset Great vacation Thanks again Johanna for the wine

As a nonprofit organization that supports families needing to relocate for medical treatment for their children and pregnancies, we often rely on compassionate hosts who are willing to accommodate urgent and evolving needs. Russell was quick to jump into action to help us out, ensuring that everything was seamless—even when dates needed to change and be extended, he made it work without hesitation. The family who stayed/is staying shared that they ae having an amazing experience in this suite. It is impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and Russell went above and beyond to make their dog feel welcome, providing a dog bed, bowls, towels by the door, and waste bags. They described it as a beautiful place and said they would absolutely recommend it and stay again. We are so grateful for Russell’s kindness, flexibility, and generosity. His willingness to accommodate our families in challenging times makes a real difference. Highly recommend!

Loved the view! Quiet, clean, very well equipped kitchen. The hot tub and pool right on the ocean was pretty amazing!

Really nice responsive host. Very clean & modern room with a nice view. This was my second time stay at the property and I absolutely love it and will definitely be visiting again soon. The pools and other amenities are very clean and easy to find. The staff on property are very kind and helpful as well.

Travis’ place was perfect for our family’s three nights stay on the Island. He had the single mattress and the pack and play set up for my kids before we arrived. The set up is perfect for a multi generation family trip. We got to really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the pickle ball court. Would definitely consider renting again here!

What a beautiful place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the view was incredible and it was so relaxing. The queen bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t great. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jason and Andrea were easy to get ahold of when I had any questions. The area where the unit is was clean, the park was fun for my girls to play at and the hot tub was lovely! I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

The house is absolutely amazing—spacious enough to accommodate multiple families comfortably. The large front yard is perfect for kids’ activities, and the breathtaking ocean and mountain views make the stay even more special. The photos don’t do it justice—the house is even bigger than we expected! Moni is a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Given the size of the place, you might encounter very minor issues, but they won’t affect your overall experience. It’s an ideal getaway for a big family or a group of friends. Highly recommended!

The gorgeous, professional photos online fall short of capturing the true beauty of this place. The majestic views and sweeping landscapes play out in vivid colors against a peaceful tranquility that’s accented by the soft sounds of waves crashing in the background. Inside the hosts have accounted for all of the tiniest details; ensuring a magical visit. For my ROI after visiting I would’ve gladly paid even more. The cherished memories made and enjoyable time spent was priceless!

All the ladies loved their stay at David's home.. it's modern and beautiful. There was a hiccup of running out of propane..but he fixed the issue quickly! Thank you David and we look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. The beds and mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Overall, everything was great. There are just a couple of suggestions for improvement: the dishes weren’t as clean as expected, as the dishwasher doesn’t seem to work properly. It would also be great to add a fire pit with enough seating for everyone and a light near the hot tub to make it more usable at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well stocked, in a nice area, and a great host. We also loved the pool and hot tub. Zero complaints.

We had high hopes and they were far exceeded when we saw the property. Literally jaw dropping when we opened the door and saw the elegance and beauty of the house behind it. From the wild deer in the green beyond the fence to the pool and garden to the design and presentation of the house from basement level to top level it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views are incredible and there wasn’t a thing lacking in the house that we needed. Meghan was always responsive if we needed her and personable. The street was private and neighbours friendly also. Really could not rate our stay highly enough. You certainly get what you pay for and much much more.
