Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bottle of wine was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed. The location is ultra central, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, the views of the harbour are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

The stay at Lino's was very nice, the house was very well equipped and nothing was missing. Impeccable cleanliness, great location to visit Kamenjak, convenient parking inside the property, privacy and silence in the surroundings. We were particularly surprised by the great hospitality of Lino and his wife. Ultimately, highly recommended accommodation!!!

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Beautiful accommodation and location. Katarina was very kind, offering tips for trips, restaurants, and activities related to Koper and the surrounding area. Everything went smoothly and smoothly.

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Very nice hosts. Great location, just a few meters from the sea. From the garden direct path to the shore, to the start of a walk. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront or to the beach. Otherwise a good starting point for exploring Istria by car. The house is of old stone house style with wooden shop. Covered sun terrace towards the south-southwest directly overlooks the quiet sea, invites you to have breakfast or relax. Beautiful sunset. A clear recommendation from us!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Super, wonderful place!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

The apartment was very charming. It had a beautiful view of the ocean🌊 and the location was great, many restaurants near by and lots to do! We enjoyed our stay very much!😃
