Beautiful house, containing absolutely everything you need to live there, which is so rare on Airbnb nowadays! The garden is beautiful, the bedding comfortable. Our stay was a pure pleasure!

The space was really good, especially with a big group of 3 separate families. The view was even more beautiful in real life! The beds were comfortable and several beaches within 10 minutes by car. (Petit Havre and Ste-Anne are perfect with children)

yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. I recommend Jardin Zen .

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

Beautiful apartment! The photos testify to it but it's even more beautiful in reality. Clean, welcoming, very well-equipped. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we enjoyed our stay very much. The view, the pool, the rooms and little extra charm, the birds, everywhere, which complete the beauty of the place. I would also like to point out that there are mosquito nets for the different beds, which was very nice to enjoy the natural air. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms for those who want it. As mentioned in other reviews, getting there by car is complicated! But this is true for the whole of this corner of Guadeloupe and the view from the top makes us quickly forget this complexity.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is even more beautiful in real life. The welcome basket and the first meal are a real plus, it allows you to arrive stress-free and to be able to have your first breakfasts in peace. The accommodation is impeccable, the pool is very nice and the bedding is excellent! We recommend it without a second thought. Thank you Sylvie for your kindness, your proactivity and all the good spots! and one last mention for the attention for our honeymoon which made us extremely happy.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

We had a great family vacation at this villa! On site, we had everything we needed, and we were able to enjoy the large terrace as well as the pool with the children. The hosts are very honest, helpful, accurate and pleasant people. The place is really nice and well organized, nothing is really missing. The place is close to all the amenities and beaches of Gozier and Saint Anne and the high rise location makes it quiet and calm. Pensos is truly the ideal place for a holiday in Guadeloupe.

we were delighted by the rental, located quietly but close enough to all amenities (marina 8 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away...). pool, garden and house very well decorated and very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as is the terrace where we spent some good evenings. A place we recommend and where we could come back to.
