very beautiful place, comfortable house, beautiful sunset and dawn. Patrícia was very friendly giving us tips from the region. We made the white stone trail (beautiful place) and we know several wineries in the region. The only problem is that there is no cellular signal (of course), only in Pocinhos, which makes it difficult to plan the tours.

Ana Clara and Eugênio were very welcoming. Regarding the house, it is well located in an extremely peaceful and quiet place. The property is very spacious and accommodates tenants well.

dona Eliete was simply perfect! was extremely attentive, always available to help and ensure that everything was perfect for our arrival. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, very well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought out with great affection, providing a warm and relaxing experience. The location is also excellent the view is wonderful, close to great sights and restaurants, which made our journey a lot easier. No doubt we will return whenever we have the opportunity. I loved the stay I felt at home , We were greeted with a welcome cake, the house is super clean spacious a delight , it could only receive our four-legged children because the house supports receiving them and is a negative point for those who always travel with our pet .

Camila's apartment is delicious. Arejado, the view is beautiful, quiet. We love our stay! Camila is very attentive, relaxed the checkout, was always present to any questions or requests from us. It's quick to go downtown, very quiet. It has a large pros Pets space, the Luck, our golden, loved it. I also consider a very positive point, the fact that we only found very nice people in the condominium, including the employees. It was worth it! We hope to come back again.

Very functional apartment, new furniture and appliances, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, bamboo cutting boards, beds and mattresses in good condition, good elevators, facial recognition system for access, electronic lock and what is hard to find, a great parking space! Beautiful apartment, all renovated and modern. We went to 7 people and everyone was very well accommodated. great location, we walked to the central tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to walk without any insecurity, so much so that we chose to leave the cars and had no problem. André was an extremely friendly host. I highly recommend the space and I will definitely be back more often.

It was the first time I stayed in Poços de Caldas and the first time I used the platform and I loved the experience!!!!! Bianca was super helpful and the apartment is beautiful, everything was clean with 3 great TVs, a room for my daughter and a double room, all balconies with screens, super good shower, swimming pool and toy library I'll be back more often 😊😊😊😊

It was possible to work and have leisure time on site. The price charged is fair for the leased property. There is a covered garage underground. I recommend it!

Gláucia is very friendly and communicative, the apartment is very well equipped, excellent for 2 people. Very well located also, close to several sights, my wife and I were very well received by her who gave us control of the garage and the keys of the apt, gave us prompts and made us feel at home.
