Very nice stay. The condo is large , very clean and everything is of quality, both in the kitchen and bedding and towels. Building also very clean and street in a residential area a little away from downtown but still close by. Availability of a very useful garage as we recommend the use of a car because the frequency of buses in Funchal is uneven. Finally, Carlos and his brother are very responsive.

We had a pleasant stay at Rita’s home. The apartment matched the description. It is very well located. You can take your car to go to Funchal or to discover places in Madeira, but you can also take the local bus, which will get you to the town center in less than 15 minutes. The view was amazing. It was a real plus for our stay to just stare at the evening light of the capital of Madeira. Thank you so much for having us stay in your apartment. I can only recommend it.

We enjoyed a week in this fresh and new apartment which is even better than the photos in the listing! Its a quiet area with parking garage, bus stop right outside and great view. I highly recommend it and would visit again!

The apartment is very modern and spacious. We found clean bathrooms and rooms. Overall, everything was very well appointed. We were only missing a coffee pot and a sheet of sandwich. Maybe this can be supplemented. The service was also easy and accessible. With us, the spa was completely down. A specialist has repaired the spa in a timely manner. The apartment is well located. You can easily get to the city and the expressway. A large supermarket and a gas station are close by. We can only recommend this apartment. Frank & Petra
