We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

Excellent place, very nice apartment, safe for our son due to the bars on the windows. Very organized!! Condominium with everything you need, super clean! Close to everything, beach in front, market behind !! Perfect for those who want a place to have fun and rest!! For those with children, it's more than perfect !! I highly recommend it and we'll be back.

Wonderful stay, great location, super safe condominium with a very nice leisure area, close to the beach, market and everything else you need. As for the apartment, we felt at home, nice bed, great bathroom with a delicious shower, full kitchen with everything we need to spend our days. great house to rest the place is very quiet with a lot of space, very good location in the center of piçarras, beach on foot, border with the pen. Full house, great kitchen utensils. We had a great carnival in this condo! The pool is great, the bar is super complete and the beach is just steps away. Super recommended to enjoy in Family and with children. Everything's great.

My stay was just wonderful! From the first contact, Tassiana was extremely attentive and helpful. The accommodation is excellent, very comfortable and with everything I needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything and the beach right in front of the apartment is very good! Every detail made my experience unforgettable. Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

Perfect, very cozy apartment, clean, with everything you need, extremely polite and helpful host, location close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, walking distance to the beach, security grade A in the condominium, condominium with infrastructure, games room, heated pool, party room and others. The space is as advertised. Located on the seafront, the condominium has excellent infrastructure (court, swimming pools, gourmet hall, etc.), with pharmacy, bakery, market and local commerce nearby. Only one observation to be made: in previous contact, it was informed that the condominium provided beach and umbrella chairs, we ended up not taking our umbrellas, in the gatehouse we were informed that the condominium provided only for use in the pool area. We had to buy a parasol to use on the beach.

Our home in Piçarras! The well-decorated, clean apartment but my daughter has a dust allergy and ended up attacking, perhaps because it was closed for a while. Very bad garage. But we really like the place, quite complete, we will stay there next time! It was worth it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is better in person than just seeing the photos, it has all the necessary utensils. The outdoor area with pool was our favorite spot, we enjoyed a lot! The place is also very nice, the beach is reasonable, improper for bathing, but in a matter of 5 minutes you can go to other beaches that are very good. A point of improvement: put air conditioning in the bedrooms, although they have the ceiling fans, they do not account for refreshing the place in summer seasons and heat waves. Of the rest, note 10.
