Vacation rentals with a patio in Picardy

Very nice place to stay for a family trip to Paris. Bakery and supermarket around the corner, so we could start the day well. Well-equipped kitchen, cooking would be quite possible, but we did not use it. Stove, large fridge, freezer, oven. For breakfast, we only enjoyed delicious coffee from the available capsule coffee machine.

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

Very good stay , the host does not hesitate to make sure everything is going well and resolves the worries of the moment, the patio was a little extra I recommend!

It was a very great experience to stay at Lucia's apartment! We could easily checked in, everything was clean and comfy. Room temperature was managed properly. I would definitely stay at this place if I could get a chance to visit Paris!

New, very clean, tastefully decorated home. Located close to restaurants and supermarkets, bakery. Spa at the top, the best we've used on Airbnb, very hot. Rooftop terrace great also with sun loungers and dining table. Very responsive hosts. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Isabelle and Christophe's! The accommodation was within walking distance of the beach. We went there with two small children and everything was done to make them feel comfortable (games, crib in a separate room). A bakery was available within walking distance of the accommodation. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!

Super nice Airbnb… very well equipped, great location and great hot tub. Unfortunately, it is a shame that you do not really have keys. I traveled as a woman alone and therefore had a bit of concern and did not feel so safe, although there are cameras. I would have felt even safer with a locked door. Thanks for everything anyway!!! Always happy to come back

Very stylish and friendly house..

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Very cute little cottage, nice decor and very clean. Dominique is very friendly. The plus is the parking for the car.

Highly recommended gem of a place. This is why I started using AirBnB! Geoff was super helpful with loads of info on the place and surroundings. Rye is small so you can walk just about everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants very nearby and amazing shops. Easy check in and Geoff was flexible with times. And they left is Prosecco, crips and bottled water, something you don’t get at many AiBnB’s. We had an amazing time and felt at home. This will be my first option if we’re in Rye again.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Highly recommended for an affordable family stay in Paris. We had a perfect weekend - Cveta was the perfect host - excellent communication and met us at the start and end of our stay. This is AirBnB as originally conceived - staying in somebodies appartement that is lived by a family in when not being rented out.

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

The stay at Gidon's went very well! Gidon was welcoming, always responsive and attentive to us. For the arrival and departure time he was very flexible too, which was great! The apartment is very functional and it has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view, if the sky is not cloudy. The apartment is a bit far from the city center if you want to walk there, but on the contrary there is a good bus service right next door, or the metro a few minutes' walk away.
