The view is beautiful and we enjoyed cross country skiing in the area. An unexpected power outage meant the hot tub was cold. Hudson called and walked us through getting it back on. He is easy to work with if you have a problem.

This was our second stay at Sri' airbnb. Her and her husband were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is private and close to the beach. We were able to have a campfire which we also enjoyed. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Great location for us on our first visit to this area. Walk to the bakery. Easy to come and go. Short drive for incredible cross country skiing at Castlegar Nordic and Marshall Lake. Kitchen had high quality everything you need. Very nice. We would stay again!

Kim saved our family vacation!!! We were so pleased to find this location at the last minute. We loved the space and the location. Just steps to the beach. The deck is fabulous, the perfect spot to be. We hope to be returning many times over. Loved it!!!

We had a great stay at the cabin - super clean, had everything we needed and great to be able to walk to beach or a few of the nearby eateries! Erin and Sheldon were super accomodating of us and we really appreciated their hospitality!

Nice well design cabin . Both wood fire place and propane heater keeps the place warm and cozy . Enough kitchen appliances and utensils for long term staying. Clean bed and shower. Also great wifi connection. Host is very friendly and responsive. I strongly recommend this place and will book it again.

A winter retreat to Lakeshire (Lower Level)

Some areas need improvement. Some of the cookware, should be replaced l, frying pans unusable, all scratched up and when teflon coated can be harmful. My fiance is meticulous and some areas of the kitchen needed a once over as there was obvious food splatter on the cupboards that he cleaned up. There is an obvious ant problem in the unit, we had to put down traps in the bedroom, kitchen and hallway. Thankfully there was ant deterrent products on the property. The mattress in the main bedroom needs some attention, very uncomfortable for a long term stay. All in all on a scale from 1-10, it would be an 8 and would stay there again. We weren’t there for a holiday, we were close by settling my sister’s estate, so we’re glad to have a place to return to after a difficult day.

What a beautiful place Pavel and Nicki have, they were so welcoming and super friendly with their sweet dog, Harley! If you love being outside, then this is the place to be! I enjoyed 3 days with my friend and dog, and we didn’t want to leave! The space was well equipped, beds were comfortable, we were provided with beach towels too, and had full use of the outside kitchen and BBQ, kayaks and SUP boards, and more. Truly a great place and with great hosts! Can’t wait to go back!

Very helpful host, very friendly. Even organised a BBQ for our reunion. The house is much nicer and more spacious then it looks on the pictures. Everything is extremely clean and looks like new. Can only recommend.

Mount Baldy - Song Bird Ranch- Birding Destination

We stayed as a family of 5 for a weekend to ski Baldy. Baldy is an underrated gem & Lara’s cabin is only about 13mins from the ski hill. We loved having our own place, the farm-fresh eggs & yummy buns, and a place to unwind. The cabin is so quiet, remote & comfortable. Also really loved the mini-lights in the snow lighting the path to the front door! One teeny thing to note is that the kitchen does not have a microwave. The listing did not say it did - was completely my oversight - so that made a couple things tricky I had brought along - but totally my bad! Otherwise, well appointed & easy to cook in! Thx Lara for a great stay - we loved it & would highly recommend it!

It's been 14 years since we used to stay here when my kids were younger. Friends owned it then. So it's nice to be at the same place again familiar, comfortable, relaxing and share these memories now with their kids. They had fun snow boarding, tubing, tobogganing, playing games and just hanging out. Great memories!!
