Monthly Rentals in Philippine Sea

We had a wonderful stay at Grachel Mae’s place! The unit is beautiful, clean, and complete with almost everything we needed. The location is very accessible and convenient, just walking distance to Mactan Newtown Beach, and near essentials like 7-Eleven, Robinsons Supermarket, Watsons, and several restaurants. Grachel was also very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We really had a great time and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Mactan!

A lovely loft condo in a great building within walking distance of Greenbelt. Patrick couldn't have been more helpful as a host. It was easy to find and get in, everything was clearly explained. The unit was spotless, bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Could not ask for more!

it's our second time staying here and Jaymar and team were fantastic. The flat is the perfect size for 2 and has a great location. very secure and safe. Selection of shops downstairs makes the location even better. We were bouncing around this time so didn't experience the pool as much but it's a lovely, can get a bit busy but has some quiet times as well
