This a great wee apartment, cosy and comfortable with a terrific view across to Loch Tay and the hills beyond. It’s well-appointed (new kitchen and bathroom) with a comfortable bed. The sitting room is a little small for four people, but very manageable ( there were two of us). The location is good, about one mile from the town and the path/road is easy to walk. Killin is a lovely town, lots of walks nearby and good cafes, restaurants etc. as well.

it was a fantastic weekend with the family and the grandkids.The house was lovely and very spacious the kids ran about in the large garden which is very private and secluded. The house has all the facilities you need. Thank you so much again Hannah your house is amazing 👍🏼

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. We loved our stay at Cnoc Famh. It's peaceful with stunning views, and it was easy to access nearby walks which were well described in the information provided by Mr. Roy, who was friendly and always quick to respond. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little break away. We all loved the surrounding, so beautiful and picturesque. Had a walk around the gardens to meet the chickens, geese, peacocks and saw the horses, cows and sheep on our walk. Deer was also visible across from the farm in the open part of the forest. The house itself has everything you need and is spacious and comfortable. After busy days of visiting tourist attractions (lots of castles) we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the log burner fire on and we played games with the kids. Games are provided and we also brought our own favourites, which was great for the rainy evenings. Getting there was easy following sat nav and was well signed the closer you got there. Rebecca was friendly and quick to respond, an excellent host and everyone that we met on the farm was so friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Would absolutely recommend for long and short stays and we hope to visit again.

lovely clean chalet in beautiful surroundings. Beds comfortable with crisp white sheets on a decent mattress topper. We were blessed with beautiful weather one couldn't beat sitting out on the patio admiring the view and wildlife. Plenty to do so close to Edinburgh, Loch Leven with the castle/prison on the island but book the ferry beforehand to avoid disappointment. Rumbling Bridge/ gorge is a must. Sadly no cafe in Crook of Devon but Powmill Milk Bar is great for brunch/lunch and Kinross has some great restaurants. Will definitely try and go again.
