Monthly Rentals in Pekhri

Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

Ashish is the epitome of hospitality, whether it's a small request or a special arrangement, he goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. You name it, and he’ll make it happen. Location: A hidden gem tucked away from the chaos of city life. It offers complete seclusion amidst nature — serene, tranquil, and absolutely rejuvenating. The outdoor seating area, especially with the bonfire under the stars, creates a magical ambiance that words can hardly capture. Food: Simply divine. The homemade meals were some of the most flavorful and soul-satisfying dishes I’ve ever had. Each bite felt like a warm hug. In summary, this was an extraordinary experience — a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. Truly the crème de la crème of getaways. I’ll be back without a second thought!

The property is the perfect place for someone looking for a peaceful stay away from city hustle. There’s a trail to Pekhri village offering a panoramic view of the valley. The property has a good chef freshly preparing all the meals and great taste. I had one of the best trout fish masala fry, lemon chicken during my stay. The host and the team are always available to cater to the guests needs and goes above and beyond. They have bonfire in the evenings where the guests can interact and have a good time. I will visit again for sure. One tip - while travelling from city. Do ensure to carry items you will need during the stay as there are no nearby shops.
