Monthly Rentals in Pathum Wan

This is my first Airbnb stay in Bangkok and it responds to all my expectations. In the past I have stayed in hotels but I prefer to stay this way. The apartment is as described in the ad, the personnel working in the building are very polite and friendly. The host is polite and friendly and answered me quickly if I had any questions. The apartment is walking distance to the shopping centers. There is a skywalk a few min walk from the apartment where you can walk to the shopping areas ( Siam Paragon, centralworld and more). Skytrain is also only a few min walk from the apartment. I like to walk in parks, the Lumphini park is about 15 min walk from the apartment and Benchakitti park is slightly further away, but also what I call walking distance. I am very happy with my stay and can highly recommend this place. This is the place I would like to stay again the next time I come to Bangkok.

We had an amazing stay at Phani’s place! From the start, everything was effortless - the check-in process with facial recognition was such a game changer, making it so easy to come and go without worrying about keys. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, super cosy, and felt like a home away from home. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable, and every little detail made the space feel warm and welcoming. The building’s amenities were next level - the rooftop pool was stunning, the gym and sauna were great, and watching the sunset from up there was just breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax. The location was fantastic too, with great local coffee shops just a short walk away. Plus, getting to the BTS was incredibly easy. Phani was an absolute star—so helpful and always available if we needed anything. We were genuinely so sad to leave, but there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

I had a lovely experience here! The apartment exceeded my expectations; I utilized the pool & sauna daily, the massage studio on the ground level was great, and the view from the room was picturesque! Host Natalie was very friendly, helpful and responsive, thank you for a wonderful stay!
