The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.
