Great duplex just one block from the main street, close to a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The place has a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area, perfect for cooking and relaxing. The 100mb internet is fast and stable, ideal for work or streaming. The host was kind and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect. Beautiful place, well located and with a dream view. Communication was great and always cordial. I hope to return more often because 4 days was not enough for such a beautiful place and comfortable space!

It has a warehouse very close by and a super market 2 blocks away. Delays about 40 minutes to the airport

Good location, close to the bridge and places of interest. Sole was slow to respond, however she was attentive to needs. I would only improve the duvet that had stains like a pillowcase, the pedal of the bathroom trash can was broken so it could only be opened by hand which was unpleasant. Otherwise it would have been an ideal place

Marcos' place was barbaric. a super quiet place and a few meters from downtown. In the house we had everything we needed to meet the needs. Marcos was a great host, and answered my super quick messages

Our experience was amazing! We had booked the house for three people, but when we arrived they surprised us with an upgrade. Really was wonderful! The house that touched us is beautiful, very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect few days. If you are looking for rest, this place is without a doubt the best option. Erika is a genius, super attentive and always attentive to every detail.

Great place to stay in Punta Arenas. The house is super spacious and comfy, plenty of room for everybody, with all the amenities we needed. Easy walk to supermarket, town center and plenty of restaurants near by. Super easy check in and the host is super easy to communicate with.

Everything was well maintained, and the attention to detail was noticeable. The location is excellent, and the host was very kind throughout our stay. Wonderful place inside a closed local neighborhood! I received instructions a free days prior and they were available if I had questions. The home is very comfortable with brand new, modern-day amenities and we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to guest's comfort! The only detail I suggest is to offer an extra set of towels since you have a hot tub. They did not have extra towels to offer so I used the same towel to bathe in the Jacuzzi and the shower. 😐 Otherwise, it's a great experience!

It's a dream house, even better than it looks in the pictures. Super nice, clean, very cozy and comfortable, in a very quiet area and with a wonderful garden full of fruit trees and aromatic herbs. The grill is also great and has a large table next to it so the meat doesn't get cold. The host, Solana, is super attentive and pleasant. I would always come back.

Sonia is an excellent host, she was always attentive from before arriving. The house has the best view of the lake, it is very comfortable and cozy, with impeccable cleanliness. In addition, the location is perfect, super central and everything in the center is walking. I definitely recommend it, because I exceed my expectations.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. There are very good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I had the chance.

The location is amazing, overlooking the lake and the mountains. I enjoyed the pool and sauna, it's a good plus. And the apartment is very well decorated and functional
