Beautiful appartement in very cosy neighborhood. very safe building with all amenities. The communication with Moran was great and smooth. Everything worked perfectly good. I enjoyed the fitness while my family were at the swimming pool. Absolutely recommended!!!!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. A very beautiful house had everything you needed including some snacks and wine. It was nothing but a dream house. It has all the stuff you need to make it a wonderful trip. Pool , outdoor patio , grill , large master with tub and shower, extra bedroom ,and living room with smart tv. It also has gates to protect the car. It was well worth it. Sincerely Adriana & Robert

Very pleasant space. Arquitetura a blend of the ancient with modern. Super complete. Espaçoso I recommend: Just missing garage. It's a renovated old property in the center of the capital Asuncion. Carro was without problems on the street, but there was not always a vacancy.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

The location is great, a 5-minute walk and we were already on the coast. Close to the mall and also the main points of Encarnacion. The view from the apartment is very beautiful, we found all the necessary equipment for our 3-night stay. Oscar was a great host.

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.
