Very clean space, and beds and sofa were comfortable. We loved the water machine— it had settings for cold, cool and hot water. After staying at 3 other Airbnb throughout our trip, this was the only place that had that. In all other places we had to buy tons of water bottles, and for tea and coffee had to boil water on the stove each time. It seems like not a big deal, but the water machine was truly a blessing. We would stay at this Airbnb again even just for that. Only criticism is that it would have been nice to have some washcloths and hand towels. We asked for them a couple times and they were not provided. The only towels provided were bath towels, which incidentally had never been washed— they were brand new, never been washed. I know some people don’t mind using new towels before washing but not us. Overall, though, we really liked staying at this Airbnb and it was a great experience. The encargado was also helpful and kind.

This is one of the best places I've ever stay in Bani. it's in the center of everything! you have local restaurants, beach, pools, parks, super markets within 10 minutes which is extremely helpful. the place is super clean and gorgeous, rooms are big and have plenty closet space. The bathroom is very modern and the Picuzzi is one of the best amenities of the apt. the host is extremely attentive and always communicated with us. My family had a great time, we felt like home.

the place is nice and comfortable lots of space the view is beautiful the terrace you could just sit and relax. supermarket is close there a restaurant next to the place with they have good food we enjoy that. now if you have knee problems or can't go up stairs than this place is not for you. other wise we loved it there was 5 of us in the apartment only one of the room don't have air-conditioned the other 2 have.

it was an excellent trip , the apartment was one of the more spacious that I've ever stayed in. in the Dominican Republic . Emil was very friendly, responsive and helpful he gave me great information about the surrounding area. he helped make my stay excellent and I will be staying again in his apartment .

Olga's appartement was a little quiet paredise in the chaos that is Santo Domingo and Pedro Brand. Olga made us feel very welcome by turning the AC on in advance. The appartement is roomy and luxurious and has everything you need when you come home from a long day being a tourist. Olga helped us wherever she could to make our stay in the appartement more pleasurable.

10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. What made things better was the host Cristy. She was so helpfuI. When we arrived my boyfriend had a stomach ache and she went to the pharmacy for us as we didn’t know the area. She reassured us of the area and how the keys worked. Made us feel at home. Already looking to book again in May.

The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.
