Very beautiful boat house, the surrounding were amazing, Jeffrey and Tessa are really nice. Going to Amsterdam by public transport was easy.

The house is beautiful! The rooms are very nice. The photos are as shown in the listing. David was super nice to us and gave us suggestions to do. Since we went in winter it was very cold and going by public transport to Amsterdam was a little uncomfortable so we took Uber. With better time the location would not have mattered so much as they leave you bikes 🚲 and you can go take public transport by bike.. etc. otherwise we really liked it, we were super comfortable, and very good hosts. Thank you! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at happy island! Michel and Daisy were so friendly and helpful and even brought us coal and fire starter one night. We had so much fun and the location is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was pristine clean and felt like a true home away from home. Mandy was incredibly responsive and proactive with any questions we had—communication was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The location was exactly as described, perfectly situated and convenient for everything we needed. Our kids had a blast, and the jacuzzi and sauna were the cherry on top—such a relaxing bonus after long days out. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming vibe.
