Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Ostend

Saskia's apartment was the most beautiful and best-ending apartment in all the area for us. The apartment is very nice and detailed. We immediately felt at home. Everything was within walking distance from the house, especially the beautiful beach. The view from the apartment and balcony was fantastic. Even in case of rain and storm, large living room windows had the best view of surfing, busy shipping and the marina. Saskia was always easy to reach, took excellent care and always responded immediately to requests - a perfect host. Due to health, we have already planned our next stay in Saskia's apartment.

There were four of us with a dog over an extended weekend. Beautiful surroundings, in front directly on the beach, in the back directly in the dunes. Great for relaxing. Great beach walks with outdoor gastronomy in Blankenberge and Knokke-Heist, but you can also spend a great day in front of the fireplace in bad weather. Equipment all top - rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen in an apartment! We booked the bath and bedding set, which is great and recommended. Small note on the bed situation: There is only one large duvet per double bed, which was completely ok for us, but is not normal in all countries and could lead to surprises. Nathalie was great, very friendly and proactive! Thanks so much for a great stay, we will be back!

Excellent accommodation, great location. Board games are available which allowed us to have a great evening with friends. Very well-equipped kitchen as well as the rest of the house. It feels like home. Ann is very kind, she responds quickly enough to requests and gives us recommendations on where to go which is great when you don't know the place.

We had a great week in this apartment. Very nice apartment in new residential complex. All in all, in top condition, as shown in the pictures! Another plus is the associated parking space in the rear courtyard! The location is perfect for exploring Oostende. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the beach promenade and 15-20 minutes' walk to the shopping streets of the city center. By car, you can also reach Bruges very quickly, for example. Communication was great, very fast and helpful.

We have a lovely stay! Super friendly hosts, beautiful little house with everything you need. In the kitchen there were all the tools to prepare delicious dishes. The bedrooms were equipped with good beds, covered on arrival.

Functional accommodation. We were all alone in the house so very quiet. Christel responds quickly to questions, easy communication is easy. The exchanges are pleasant with Christel

We had a nice stay with the three of us, positive was that the two bedrooms were on two floors and there was a toilet each. Breakfast and dinner in the very nice garden outdoor seating was a real treat and pure relaxation, very nice also the quiet location. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house offers many ways to settle in comfortably. It would be nice if we had the opportunity to get towels and linens, overall we liked it very much and we would rent the accommodation again;-)

Many thanks to Anna for all her useful information and tips. We especially enjoyed our trip to Damme...a lovely day out. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The local area was very peaceful but also very near the centre of Brugge and plenty of buses that stopped right outside the house although it doesn't take long to walk in. The food from the Deli next door was delicious and so was the bread and cakes from the local bakery. We have no hesitation in recommending De Druivelaar and would love to come and stay again!

Gerda and Jan are very nice, neat people. I felt right at home in their lovely home. The room and bathroom were also very nice, homely and sparkling clean. In advance, I had asked if I could bring a bike and store it safely, which was no problem at all. Gerda even provided me with fruit juice the second day, after I had indicated that I was not a coffee drinker. No effort was too much for them. There is a very nice Italian restaurant in the nearby area. If I ever need to stay in their neighborhood again, I will definitely check with them again if a room is available.

We had a very nice time. It took some getting used to orienting in the house because it has a special layout. Two living spaces above each other. And lots of stairs. Bedrooms in the basement and on the very highest floor. Big pluses the homely atmosphere, the location at the Leopoldpark, a very complete "kitchen equipment" and smooth communication with the host. In short: positive!

Colette’s place was in an excellent location, and the apartment very cozy and clean. Colette herself was very communicative and it was wonderful to stay in her apartment, that is lived… and tasteful.

We had quite a specific request for our stay and Cathy accommodated us perfectly!

There were five of us with our 3 children in the accommodation. Everything was as described and the contact with Charlie was incredibly good. There were always quick responses and it was all very understandable. For the children, there were still toys and a few books. The location and views of the ocean are of course the icing on the cake. Also, the free parking is an absolute plus and saves stress and money. So overall highly recommended!!!

Impeccable and clean accommodation. The owners are very accessible, we had a bit of trouble finding the accommodation and the owner directly answered the phone and provided us with the instructions. The views are incredible and location too. check-in and check-out is self-contained, which is a plus in our opinion. thank you!
