You'll soon be eating your way through market staples like chocolatines (NOT pain au chocolate!), traditional baguettes, the only farm-to-counter foie gras in the market, cheese from a fromager-affineur (and learning what those words mean!), some of the best charcuterie in Toulouse, and more. Some items we'll taste immediately, but others go into my basket for our final destination: a specially-reserved "tonneau" at a wine seller in the market, where we'll pair our finds with local wines made from obscure grape varieties. We finish on a sweet note with some locally-produced dessert. No need for lunch afterwards! Along the way, you’ll learn about food and market history, get tips for finding the best products, cultural lessons (French toasting etiquette, anyone?), and context for what you’re tasting. When it's over, you'll get an email listing where we went and what we tasted, as well as any special recommendations you asked for. Other things to note: We'll be eating on our feet, no seating! I will elaborate with you the perfect program of a "Sommelier Wine Tour" custom made, personalised, adapted to your taste and wishes . After welcoming you to the site and getting to know each other, we will move on to the equipment stage. Once we have our suits and the necessary equipment for canyoning, we can start the approach walk to the canyon entrance. It is a very easy walk that makes us cross the gorges by the road and gives us time to measure its dizzying depth. Once inside the canyon, we will start by walking in the river to quickly find the first toboggans and pools of turquoise water. The course allows some jumps, always avoidable if you do not feel it. It will take about 2 hours to do the canyon. The way back a bit steep but not too long (20 minutes) will take us not far from the hermitage of Galamus it will also be possible to visit after the activity. Back in the parking lot where we parked we can get back to dry before taking the time to discuss this great experience.

RANDONNEE LEVER DE SOLEIL & PETIT DEJEUNER AU SOMMET DE LA RHUNE Nous vous proposons de vivre une expérience unique, un moment hors du temps, avec un lever de soleil au sommet de " l'Everest Basque " qui, du haut de ses 905m, offre des points de vues à 360° époustouflants sur tout le Golfe de Gascogne d’un côté et la chaîne des Pyrénées de l‘autre. Guillaume, accompagné de Alain, vous accompagneront sur ce parcours de 11km environ pour 800 mètres de D+ La durée à titre indicatif de cette aventure est de 5h environ, mais dépend de l'allure du groupe ainsi que des arrêts. Sur un parcours agrémenté de quelques surprises, et dans ce haut lieu de pâturages, nous croiserons des Pottoks, petit chevaux symboles du Pays Basque ; parfois des Mannex “manèche”, brebis à tête noire ou rousse certainement moins connue que le fromage produit grâce à son lait généreux (l’Ossau-Iraty) ; ou peut-être les Betizu, une espèce bovine sauvage, cas unique en France... ou encore le vautour fauve Saïa qui plane sur les flancs de la Rhune. Au sommet une pause thé-café, jus de fruit, gâteau basque, jambon espagnol vous réchauffera ! Nous entamerons la redescente en franchissant la frontière franco-espagnole. I will then guide you through the secret streets of Poitiers where you will discover unsuspected mansions but also alleys full of history. This active walk will be embellished with explanations on the exceptional urban planning of the city but also anecdotes unrecognized. Together we will weave through the maze of history and above all, the mystery surrounding the walls of our beautiful city! Truffière La Garrigue à Cubjac en Dordogne, Périgord Blanc . Visite guidée en français. Jean-Paul, Cyril et Marie vous accueilleront dans une truffière exceptionnelle. Vous découvrirez les secrets de la Truffe du Périgord, la Tuber Mélanosporum. Explications sur le travail du sol et la mycorhization, les différentes variétés d'arbres truffiers et la taille des arbres. Vous participerez en saison ( décembre à mi-février) au cavage des truffes avec nos deux cockers espiègles , Truffette et Raffinette ou à la recherche de la Truffe à la mouche. La visite se termine par une dégustation de toasts truffés accompagnés d'un verre de vin de la région . Discover astrophotography in Occitanie and leave with beautiful pictures of the starry sky!

 The session will start with an overview of the different constellations to recognize certain stars or other objects that can be photographed. Once the gear is installed, I'll teach you how to use it, adjust the settings, and compose an amazing photo of the starry sky. I have multiple cameras, lenses and tripods that you can use, so you don't need to have yours. But if you have one, it's even better!

 In winter, the Orion constellation and its nebula is clearly visible all night and offers a great show to photograph! To be under the most beautiful sky possible, and to avoid light pollution from the surrounding cities, the outing will take place approximately 1 hour drive from Toulouse towards the Pyrenees (between Foix, Saint-Girons and Daumazan-sur-Arize). I take you discover Bordeaux in vintage sidecar! The appointment is in front of the Tourist Office, we equip you (helmets, gloves ...) and go for adventure. 1 hour ride in the streets of Bordeaux. We will take small streets to feel the atmosphere of the city and we will see the most beautiful monuments: Place de la Bourse, Saint-Michel, Big Bell, Cathedral Saint Andrew! We have time to make all the monuments of Bordeaux :) Throughout the ride, we discuss with you about the history of the city, the things to do or see and how we live in Bordeaux. Of course, we stop to make as many photos as you want. The experience is unique and the memories unforgettable! Other things to note The experience is in a sidecar. We can have two people. One is in the "basket" and the other behind the driver. You can swap seats during the tour.

Pendant 3 heures environ, vous allez parcourir la ville et la campagne environnante afin de découvrir quelques jolis coins de ce petit village. Vous passerez rapidement d'une ruelle étroite à un petit cours d'eau au milieu des champs, d'un petit bois ombragé à de vieux bâtiments moyen-âgeux. Vous découvrirez quelques bribes d'histoire de ce village, et peut-être même arriverez-vous à récupérer les précieux documents de Gaultier avant qu'il ne soit trop tard ! Autres remarques L'expérience, proposée par Tit'évad, est à réaliser en famille, entre amis (y compris amis à quatre pattes !), pour s'amuser, et pour faire une petite randonnée en apprenant quelques points d'histoire de ce petit village. Partez vite à la recherche des documents cachés par Gaultier, avant qu'ils ne soient détruits !

Explore the village of Cap Ferret with your local guide for 2.5 hours. He takes you on a walking route and shows you the secret spots of the village. He will also tell you about Guillaume Canet's movie "Les P 'tits mouchoirs" because he was there! And he'll make you guess the famous wooden cabin used for filming... Sweet tasting and oyster tasting liven the scene; your guide tells you lots of stories and shows you local producers. Also check out the good food spots and restaurants selected by Cap Gourmand ! We are the Breton family, winemakers in the Loire for several generations and defenders of organic culture and natural wine making process. 8:55 am (or 1:55 pm): meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 9am (or 2pm): departure. We'll start the tour at a family-run, organic wine estate. You'll visit the vat room and barrel cellar and learn how Saint-Emilion wines are made. The visit will conclude with a tasting of wines from the winery (minimum of 3 wines, mainly reds). We continue with a guided tour of the village of Saint-Emilion. Your guide will introduce you to Saint-Emilion and lead you through its narrow streets, squares and main monuments. It's medieval history at its best in one of France's most beautiful villages! You'll also have the chance to sample the delicious Saint-Emilion macarons and take plenty of photos from breathtaking panoramic viewpoints. Around 12:45 pm (or 5:45 pm) we'll be back on the road, heading back to Bordeaux. 1:30 pm (or 6:30 pm): return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.). Depending on local requirements, the programme may be modified. --- !! SUITCASES AND LARGES BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED !!

Soyez vigilants pour arriver à l'heure. Nous sommes vraiment dans la montagne, au pied du Pic du Midi. Même le GPS se trompe ... et n'oubliez pas qu'il faut marchez 5 mn pour arriver à la cabane de départ. Votre guide vous équipera avec un baudrier, une longe, mousquetons et casque. Quand vous êtes fin prêts, c'est l'heure de démarrer. De ponts de singe en passages en escalade, vous remonterez la rivière jusqu'à la grande cascade du Garet. Votre guide veillera sur vous. Ne soyez pas inquiets car des portes de sorties sont accessibles tout le long du parcours. Et de toute façon, tout le monde se retrouve pour les descentes en tyrolienne. Elles ramènent tout le monde à la cabane. Un beau moment et des souvenirs à la pelle. Il faudra compter entre 2h et 3 h pour le parcours complet. Les ateliers sont de difficulté croissante.C'est un mix entre les acrobranches traditionnels et les via ferrata. Si vous êtes un néophite, il vous faudra être plus concentré. De toute façon, faites confiance à votre guide. C'est son métier de vous amener à bon port. Une bonne condition physique est nécessaire pour profiter de l'expérience.
