You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! I will show you how to stretch out pizza dough and add ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does. I'll explain you each ingredient but a little focus more on our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe. Last step we will cook the pizza in the neapolitan oven. I'll give you many info's about that and you will also put your pizza on the plate. While you'll enjoy your pizza with an included drink, I'll tell you the history of Pizza. And finally you'll receive a personalized diploma!

We'll meet at the main monumental area of Sevilla. There we'll give you a historical introduction of the city and the site. After this first insight and getting to know each other we'll enter the Alcázar. Once inside we’ll give you explanations about the Justice Hall and the Palace of Plaster. You'll be fascinated from the decorations and stories that happened there. Then we'll see the House of Trade where you'll discover the importance of Seville during the discovery and conquest of the Americas. Our next stop will be at the Mudejar Palace, built by Peter I back in the 1300's. The mixure of the different Moorish styles with the Christian atmosphere made that every king wanted to leave his legacy in this structure. The last structure we'll visit will be the Gothic Palace, the first Christian building of the Alcazar built after the Christian conquest. Then we'll head to the gorgeous gardens to finish our 2 hour guided tour at Maria Padilla Baths. *This experience will take place rain or shine *Tickets are included in the price. Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta. During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets.
